Simply if you are chinese. Stay away from here by all means. Their food is crap even by chinese take out standard and service is rude. Also they have none of the items shown on Unilocal here. I have no idea where the photos come from.

The place is horrible. They probably don’t even care about it. I’m sitting at one of their tables now. The only other one is taken up by an employee arguing on his cell phone. It’s probably a family restaurant too. Their cashier is probably their daughter. They also have a gumball machine which is probably old. Their menu is a bunch of pictures they got from google images that are 5+ years old. They don’t actually use TV’s for menus either. Oh yeah the food. It’s literally like any other cheap Chinese food you’ve had. Mediocre. I would be embarrassed to walk out of this place any my friends saw me. #Riversiiiiidddeeee

We ordered from them 2÷7÷2015 for delivery. They read the order back to me after, clearly saying«orange chicken.» We waited for the 40 min they said it would take and after an hour I called to see where our food was. Finally the person showed up and gave us our food. We brought it up to find the orange chicken was instead chicken gizzard. We called back and at first they said we were out of luck because they read the order back to us. I told them I heard the lady say orange chicken and I even repeated to her«yes orange chicken with white rice» because I wanted to make sure we got the white rice. Then they argued with us some more until they said we could bring it back and have to pay 2.50 more and saying they were done talking and they were very busy. So I called back again and demanded they at least deliver because now one person in my family doesn’t have dinner. REALLYRUDE and disappointing. I hate griping about food but if we are giving back the old order, why would we be lying about getting the wrong order? Not going to lie, the fried gizzards are nauseating. Plus paying another 2.50 to have to wait another hour for sub par Chinese food is not worth it. I will stay with Ling Ling’s on Elmwood in Kenmore from now on.

Ordered Sat 1−24−15 and they never disappoint. They seem to know me by know. The only setback is them & credit cards CAUSETHEYDON’T TAKEEM! Which is exactly what you get as you’re hanging up with em, quickly they say«cash only 10 minute» LOL

First, I am pretty sure its Panda Kitchen… Second its the best fried rice since ling ling’s fell off. The dumplings are also very good and the other ingredients fresh and not greasy. I have yet to try the soup, which I think is a hallmark item of quality, but I am definitely going to agree with the other review and say this is the best in the area I’ ve had in a very long time and I have been on a quest for a new chinese go-to.

Okay, so this place isn’t a dump persay, but it looks like 1987 and has two very tiny tables with two chairs each(one of which is usually taken up by the owner’s teenager daughter and her school books), despite being quite large inside. It’s of reasonable cleanliness, but last I checked had some broken and/or boarded up glass in the front and the cast of characters dining and waiting for their food is interesting to say the least. It’s also in a fairly ghetto area of Riverside and this is coming from someone who lives a fifteen walk away in Black Rock. Why, you ask, did I give it four stars then? FOOD!!! GLORIOUS, FRESH, DELICIOUS, SPICYFOOD!!! This is my favorite Chinese take out place in the city(and I’ve tried MANY). Their bean curd and mei fun dishes are completely off the hook and they have a bigger selection of both than a lot of local places — bean curd is never watery or pastey, noodles are never oily or overcooked, sauces are seasoned to perfection and have some kick if you ask for it. Their general tsao’s actually contains large amounts of quality chicken and the coating has an amazing crisp without ever being burnt(they are not a chicken-like substance surrounded with loads of half-cooked batter like most places) and the sauce is amazingly rich, savory and sweet without being oversalted. Eggrolls are loaded with your choice of fresh, crispy veggies and proten(pork, shrimp, tofu) filling, always cooked perfectly and never greasy. My friend swears their fried rice is «the best he’s ever had.» The only thing I’ve tried here that I like better elsewhere is the hot’n’sour soup and the rangoons — they are still good but other places have better. Everything I’ve ever ordered, or sampled from someone else’s order(soup aside) was amazing — well seasoned and never over– or under-done. Service is fast. Delivery is only $ 1. Don’t be dissuaded by appearance or lack of «hip» qualities. The kitchen(which you can see into) is always clean and the food is a winner. Be warned though, no credit cards.
