I’ve been to Fusion a few times and I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this restaurant yet. I would give Fusion a 3.5 if I could but since I can’t, I’ll round up and give a 4. The waiters are nice but not overly attentive and they keep you waiting before they come to take your order. Their fusion menu is one page and the rest is composed of appetizers, Chinese food, Thai food, and rice and noodle dishes. The atmosphere is nice if you’re looking for a place to have a conversation. There are TVs around the room but the volume is at a low level and there is no music playing. The interior reminds me of an Asian pavilion. The food is good but sometimes, I feel like I could cook the dishes myself. Regardless, the food is filling and delicious. They also offer sushi but I’ve never had it here since I have my own sushi spot. If you’re looking for a place for a family dinner or a date night, this would be a good place and I would recommend it.

First time trying out Fusion Asian and I have to say the food is very good! Thanks to Celinna who offered advice on what items are good for take out lunch. I chose Crispy Tofu Salad and Asian Taco Combo… I plain forgot to order dessert!!! I know it sounded like a lot of food but I was starving so I wouldn’t go wrong with eating a salad AND tacos!!! I enjoyed every bite and can’t wait to visit Fusion Asian again soon. Thank you for a lovely meal! Per Fusion Asian: — Closed on Mondays — May 28th through June 1st Fusion Asian will be closed for family time. It will reopen June 2nd or thereafter.

I came here tonight for Mothers Day with my kids and had the most disappointing experience. When we arrived there weren’t many tables filled but we waited 15 – 20 minutes for the waiter to come take our order. We had the Spring Rolls and Roti Canai that came out fairly quickly but the main courses took quite a while. He brought all three of my kids meals out and mine had still not arrived. The restaurant had started to fill up and I noticed that many of the tables that were seated after us had already received their food. When all of my children were almost done eating I got another servers attention and asked her to please cancel my order because my whole family was done eating. Our waiter came back immediately with the check and comped our Roti but just casually said sorry that he tried to get everything out at the same time. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food after everyone else had been served I had just gotten upset because this was a Mothers Day dinner and I didn’t even get to eat. This is the absolute WORST service I have ever received anywhere. As we were leaving the waiter told me Happy Mothers Day. Really!!! The only reason I gave any stars is because the food is decent but we still will NOT return simply because they just didn’t seem to care that a single mom taking her kids out for Mothers Day didn’t ever receive her meal. Very rude…

Our favorite local Asian. The fact that we can get Asian, Thai and Sushi that is all top notch in one location does it for the whole family. The owners are great people and the service has always been great for us.

Had to come back for the sushi. I figured if they didn’t have sushi until today it has to be fresh. Bit was I right! Today’s sushi special was the Spiderman roll. Yup. Amazing!!! The owner came in to check on us as did the sushi chef. I’ll definitely be going back. This is my new spot!

I love this place. It’s my go to around the corner restaurant. The manager is great. The employees are wonderful. The food is on point. It’s probably one of the best restaurants in Buford and around the Mall of Georgia. Stop wasting your money at these chain restaurants and support your local business, especially one makes such great food.

The food was great. The kids loved their sweet & sour chicken and fried rice. The sesame chicken was good, the sushi was well made & had a great flavor. Do yourself a favor and try the coconut soup. Even if you’re not big on coconut. It was one of the best soups that I have ever tasted.

After a friend and I were done studying, we were dying for some Thai food. My friend suggested this place. This restaurant really is a fusion restaurant. There are so many choices I was overwhelmed. At first, I was hesitant to try it out because I came here a few years ago and had an unpleasant experience. The sushi really did not impress me and was pricey for the amount that you received. I am happy I gave this place a second chance, but they have amazing Thai food. I would not recommend the sushi, but I was satified with the Thai food. There are also not many Thai restaurants in the area, so this is truly a gem. I would not have discovered this if it was not for the friendly waitstaff. The yellow curry was his recommendation, but out came the Penang curry instead. We also ordered the Pad See ew with beef, which is a classic Thai noodle dish. It was delicious. My only regret is not ordering it Thai Hot instead of very spicy. Luckily, the waiter brought us a jalapeño dipping sauce for our food. Loved it! We also ordered the roti canai based on ChauPha’s recommendation. It was also delicious. The server told us that the roti canai has the same sauce as the yellow curry. If I am back in that area, I will probably drop by to try the yellow curry. It is extremely hard to find a Thai restaurant that serves amazing curry. I’ll be back for the curry!

From the moment we walked in we could feel that we weren’t really welcomed. The waitstaff wasn’t really personable or attentive as they were more concerned discussing football and their fantasy league with other customers then making sure we were comfortable and the food met our expectations. Of several things we ordered the kids enjoyed their sesame chicken and the Singapore noodles was ok although they had the tiniest shrimp I’ve seen in this dish. Normally I start my tip at $ 20 if my meal is going to be $ 100 or less and the I start deducting based on the waiter; beside this round I can say I’ve only left a restaurant once not tipping.

Fusion Asian Cuisine is right across from Georgia Gun Club so we decided to stop in after shooting a couple of rounds for lunch. The places were decorated pretty cute and the fact that they have Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine were impressive and made me a little uncomfortable. Usually with that much fusion. the restaurant foods always come out mediocre. but Fusion was aokay! I ordered a thai chicken noodles and my friend got the beef pad see ew. The beef see ew was pretty good, while my thai chicken noodles were lacking in flavor. But since I also ordered a roti canai and the sauce were really good. I pour that into my dish and it tastes a lot better! Without that canai sauce. my dish were a big disappointment. Overall, I would come back and try some of their other dishes.

Ordered take out from here tonight for our family of 3. We definitely won’t return. «Cheese rolls» are fishy and greasy. Yuk. Chicken & Shrimp Pad Thai was mediocre; the chicken was dry, and I got just 3 shrimp. My husband was really disappointed in his Teriyaki Chicken. The vegetables were overcooked and not fresh, not much chicken, and the sauce was watery. My son liked his Sesame Chicken but also the sauce was very watery. The basil rolls were good; that’s it. For $ 40 take out, we expected better. The portions are small. We usually have leftovers, but not from here. So, our search continues for a decent Chinese/Asian restaurant.

At first I thought that the super negative review below was from someone who got their feelings hurt, or who works for a competitor of Fusion — because I have been here no less than 12 times and ordered takeout even more than that, and have never experienced any of the things she included in her review. Then I looked at the other five reviews she’s made on Unilocal and it seems like this poor lady has a bad time everywhere she goes. Common denominator? Anyway — the service at Fusion is seriously out of this world. The entire crew works together and respects each other — there is no sense of being in a particular server’s station, everyone refills your drinks and offers ideas and helps clear plates. The food is fantastic. I’ll admit I’ve never eaten their sushi(or anyone else’s…), but I’ve never had a disappointing dish here. I especially love how fresh and crisp all of the veggies are, and the amazing sauces that could not have been anything but made from scratch. The only thing that could possibly make this place better is delivery, but then I’d run out of money because I would eat it every day!

I got the chance to try their sushi recently along with a few mixed seafood dishes! Sushi was fantastic! As was their garlic shrimp, I will definitely order that again. Thank you as always for the great service!

So gross. Restaurant is filthy. My flip flop stuck to the floor it was so sticky. He table tops are sticky. The bathroom appears to not have been mopped in weeks. The silverware and glasses were dirty. Service was terrible. They restaurant was less than half full. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The food wasn’t even good. There’s also no sushi on Sundays. I’m not sure if even eat sushi there anyway.

I recall this place being pretty good, so might have to give it another shot. Came for lunch and ordered the basil fried rice and got the coconut soup. Starting things off the water wastes like sewer water. Soup was decent. Was warm and chicken had a strange texture to it. The fried rice required soy sauce and is nothing I would go out of my way to come here for. It lacked flavor and the basil was nothing more than a few pieces thrown in for decoration. The string beans were not cooked and the egg looked like it was just decoration. I will come back soon for dinner and update the review, but for now I am not as impressed as I was.

As soon as I walked in it felt like a Thai place. Great seating and decorations I ordered the Panang Curry which comes with white rice. One of the best panang I’ve tried so far. I also orded the Alaskin Sushi Roll which tastes real good with the layer of crabmeat on top. The price is very reasonable, and the service was really good

I’m surprised to find this cozy and authentic little place in a city that’s very Americanized with hardly any Asian restaurants. The restaurant wasn’t very large, but it’s large enough to accommodate a large party. This place was sort of empty(only 2 to 3 small groups or pairs of folks) when my group wandered in around 7PM for dinner two Sundays ago. I noticed that people did come in and out fairly quickly as I guess this is a good to-go place. The pad Thai I had was very good. It wasn’t the best, but it was definitely above average. Props in the visual and taste category. My date’s kung pao chicken was delicious too as I picked off his plate. The curry sauce that comes with it was bursting with flavor. My friend’s Mongolian beef was okay. I wasn’t really digging it as I thought it was too plain and not very flavorful. Overall, this was a very authentic place – food and décor. The furniture seemed like it was imported since the wood had beautiful carvings. The price range was decent and the staff was genuinely sweet.
