This salon had both my boyfriend and I waiting for 30 – 40 minutes in our chair for someone to start working on us. The chair was broken and extremely uncomfortable. They didn’t even move me to a working chair. They did not have the heated mitts for your hands. They barely massaged both the hands and feet for more than a minute or two… Literally. The cost was extremely over priced for the equipment used and the services rendered. I felt like they were just trying to get me in and out without delivering much service at all. I will not be going back to this place again. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

WARNING: they will try to rip you off. Woman told me my total was $ 36– asked her if I could use 20% off coupon, she said yes. (I had to go get it out of my car) she changed her mind when I paid with a gift certificate and said I can’t combine discounts (any normal person understands that a gift certificate is the same as cash) anyway, my GC was for $ 28 so I gave her a $ 20 to cover the extra $ 8. She then gave me $ 10 back instead of $ 12, said it was $ 38 now!!! I left the tip on the drying table and the woman obviously thought I just left without giving a tip and began to talk in their native language thinking I didn’t understand. VERY RUDE. I will NEVER return now that it is under new management. I loved Gloss before it switched owners.
