Called Cliff to diagnosis, and repair my car, and he completely blew me off, saying I might wanna try another place, and that he wouldn’t know where to start??? What the heck??? I thought he was supposed to be reliable… :(

Cliff’s just an awesome guy — he’s not out to price gouge anybody. He’s so reasonable, being a kid that grew up in shops he’s got the horseplay shop with all good guys. It’s comfortable going in there and figuring out prices. Best shop I’ve seen in a long time.

There’s no shortage of auto repair shops in Bullhead City but finding an honest one with mechanics that really know what they’re doing is another story.
No Surprises. When they give you a quote, that’s what you pay — often less. The job gets done right the first time and they really stand behind their work. When it comes to transmission work they are absolutely the best anywhere.
The owner — Cliff — is really a great guy. He’ll figure out how to save you money and still get the job done right. No doubt, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Took in Ford PU for 100K tuneup. Cliff the owner told me what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. Talked to Mike the mechanic when I went to pick up the truck and he showed me what he did, the parts he replaced and even managed to fix a fuel problem that I knew I had but never got around to fixing at no additional charge. Very reasonable price for the services and parts required. I will certainly go back when I need more auto repair.

On my way to loughlin, my car starting acting weird and couldn’t drive more then 65 mph took I to this shop, cliff was nice and honest. He told me what was wrong and that they don’t specialize on what was wrong but told me what was the problem and to top it off since he didnt work on it he didn’t charge me for the diagnose. Would take my car her for sure.

What a great find. These people rescued me from my 1 and only blonde moment. Arrived in Laughlin at 2:00AM and filled up the olé gas tank at harrah’s gas station. It’s a good thing we were staying at Harrah’s b/​c I filled every ounce of that gas tank with Diesel. Luckily it was the Wed before Thanksgiving and I was able to get it in to Cliff before Thursday. He flushed out the diesel and cleaned what he had to clean to get my minivan back on the road. He could have easily anal-​raped me on the cost but I escaped with a $ 200 bill. Cliff is a very honest man and I would recommend him for any of your blonde moments in life.

Like everyone else, traveling to Laughlin from Anaheim when the ABS light comes on. Do a little bit of googling and everything says no big thing. However, when we stop in Baker the sound the Tahoe makes when everything is off doesn’t sound great. We do some googling and find Bullhead Auto Repair so I call them to let them know I would be there in about 2 hours. We show up, the mechanic grabs a computer and walks out to see what is going on. Doesn’t hook up the computer, but pulls the cover off the fuse box, pulls the ABS fuse, the sound disappears and he tells my husband he can still make his tee time. Said we wouldn’t have ABS but our brakes are fine and to not worry about the brake light being on all the time, but have it checked out by our mechanic at home. I recommend these guys very highly because they won’t rip you off. Just some good ol’ honest guys.

Well, well… left San Diego bright and early on Thursday to make it in to Laughlin early and avoid the rush… was driving peacefully on 95, and my SUV slows to a stop. Dead. a Goner… Had to have AAA tow me and my jet skis to a garage, I checked on Unilocal and this place got good reviews so we called.
Spoke with the owner while I was baking in the 111 degree heat waiting for AAA to come and find me. (I am on 95 right by the cactus). The owner, Cliff, advised that if it was the timing belt, as we suspected, it could be very bad news for the engine and financially. UGH! The tow truck driver dropped our SUV off with Cliff on Thursday, and we fully expected to not see our car again until Monday or Tuesday.
Friday morning, Cliff, the owner, calls us to let us know that not only was the car fixed and ready to go, but it had not caused any further engine damage. He replaced the timing belt, all other hoses and belts, in one day, all for about 500.00!!! Yes the lisence plate clearly shows we were from California, but we didn’t get an inflated price, just great, great service, in a speedy manner.
We are beyond happy with the service we received, and the treatment. We really appreciate their honesty and integrety, and ability to get the job done. I recomend them to any body for any repair, and we will stop by when ever we are in Bullhead just to say hello…

Awesome guys! Took my car to them for an emergency window fix. I was vacationing in Laughlin and my window wouldn’t go up. It’s 120 degrees outside and i’m NOT driving back to Anaheim with my window down. They got the window up, so I could at least get home and take it to the dealer. They told me to throw $ 20 in their beer fund. Such nice men. Thank you so much…
