The loss prevention guy with the diamond earrings and skinny jeans has a thing for little girls with brown hair and brown, eyes id watch your daughters he will follow them around even though they are 9 yrs old. She even said man your creep in me out

What can I say, it’s a Walmart. They definitely have a large selection of everything from cosmetics, food, clothing, toys, outdoor gear, tools, furniture and even guns and ammo! Not to mention an optometry, nail salon and McDs. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, you probably won’t be able to find it anywhere else in the area. And, they’re open ²⁴⁄₇!
Between Walmart and Sam’s Club (which is up the street), we furnished our new home with all the necessary basics. Their prices are very reasonable, and the store is fairly clean and organized.
They are definitely lacking on the service side. I feel as though there is no sense of urgency when cashiers are ringing people up, and there’s never enough checkout stands open. This combo results in a long and slow check out process.
With such limited options in the area, we shop here more out necessity and will continue to shop here unless something similar opens up closer to Mohave Valley.

I would like to say that customer service SUCKS!!! Everyone that works there are very rude and it seems that everyone is racist. the restroom are disguisting. I won’t ever shop there again. management need to teach there associates to greet. if I could I’ll give you guys negative stars.

My husband broke the end plastic piece of his glasses trying on helmets. It’s the piece that goes over the ear. We went into Walmart Optometry, not knowing if they could be fixed. The nicest man… took them and then showed us over to an accessory display where he offered up clear, brown or black replacements. We said, brown figuring he’d just ring them up at the register. Nope, he said give me a minute as they need to be heated… he took the glasses in the back and 5 minutes later appeared with the glasses and newly placed ends. Cost $ 1.88.
I know this Walmart gets the worst reviews… but this time the customer service was beyond excellent. I’m even going to send a letter to the GM.

I am so over this Wal Mart!!!
This Wal Mart is the worst I’ve ever seen. I was a vendor to about 6 Wal Marts in Northern CA and the people in those stores were so friendly to everyone, in the back of the store was 2 wide yellow strips outside the break room about 10′ apart and when an associate was that close to a customer they were supposed to smile and make eye contact, as I recall. Boy, not at this store, merchandise vendors and Wal Mart stocking personnel could care less about their customers, they will block off nearly the whole isle with their merchandise, carts and bodies making it nearly imposable to get down an aisle, and they couldn’t care less, customers are treated like a nascence, not the people supplying the money to pay their wages and this is not a single occurrence but the rule here.
Even worse, the other day we were grocery shopping and there were TWO different couples shopping and both had a small dog in the grocery area, ISN” THIS AGANST THE LAW IN ARIZONA? It was in California and should be here. Both of these people were carrying their dogs, letting the dogs walk on a leach and pushing their dogs in their grocery carts, YUCK
The checkout people are the only people in this store that give a damn about customer service. As a matter of fact I asked the women checking us out if dogs were allowed in grocery stores and she shook her head «NO», She said the manager had been in this store way to long and is afraid to confront a customer and fearing to lose a customer I guess, well Mr. Manager you have lost a customer, a good customer.
I’m sure this store is in desperate need of a good young manager that has the «balls» to do the right thing and restore some customer service to the good people of the tri-​state area!

Store is always empty, never stock and the cash regisrers will never take my coupons. Every time I go in today here they have rearranged the whole Damon store WHY???”???

Jacqueline the store manager avoid her at all cost unless you want your day ruined talk about HORRIBLE customer service whewwww and her assistant minions with smart mouths smh I got yelled by her and one of her minions over a price match that was on THEIR website mind you I spoke to corporate earlier that day to confirm before I drove all the way there and wasted my gas so once I got there she gave me such a hard time it was ridiculous she insisted that the website was wrong even pulled out her phone I told her it’s your website and your policy clearly states you price match your website so what’s the problem? I tried calling corporate while I was going back and forth with her but it was too late they were closed at corporate I was polite the whole time never once raised my voice but did not receive the same treatment in return hopefully corporate reads this and they give me a call. I’m a regular walmart customer so much I even have a walmart credit card I will be canceling my card and they will deff be losing a customer I will not accept being talked to and treated like that it is totally unacceptable and the fact that she didn’t follow policy is a big issue. I guess I’m going to be going out my way to Target now where they’ll appreciate my service and money!

Came here to get some beer because we figured it be cheaper than other places but we were very disappointed in the selection. They had nothing. Not sure if they just needed to restock but we ended up leaving because the selection was that bad.

I really dislike going to any Walmart stores, but this one is probably the worst one I’ve been to, it really needs to be completely redone or at least cleaned up. Sorry Walmart I’m not a fan of this store.

The optical departed was so accommodating and friendly. The man who helped us was very nice. 5 stars for optical

Bad customer service!!!
Broke down and needed a replacement tire for our trailer after leaving the river.
Spoke to Becca and she said they had my size in stock. I drove 1 hour (round trip) while the majority of my family had to stay with a friend on the side of a highway in 106 degree weather. When I got there the guy working simply punched in my size and said «sorry we don’t have that size.» I referenced Becca and she came up and said «well we have a bunch of those trailer tires with rimes over there.» It became apparent that she never looked it up nor physically checked. Spoke to her supervisor Sandy and I quickly noticed were the bad service came from. She never apologized. I ended up having to buy two new tires of a different size instead of only one so they would be balanced. Sandy only offered a 10% discount after I asked for one. THEN, she did not want to help me carry them out when I had a case of water in my hand, along with another bag with powerades in it. When I asked her if she could help and I told her that her other worker offered to assist, she tried to argue with me by blaming me saying «I asked you if you had a cart and you said you did.» I responded, «why would I say that if I do not have a cart (while holding a case of water on my shoulder), I never said I had a cart and I specifically told you that your other worker offered to assist.»
This lady is lazy, crazy and should not be a supervisor of anybody!!!
If you have to get a tire from this walmart, make sure they double check!!!

I’ve been shopping this location for years, dating back to when I lived in Laughlin 13 years ago. It has the essential Walmart needs, so makes for a good stop. As far as Walmartians are concerned, they are on serious silliness steroids in this place! Every experience has been tame thus far, but this last visit was like whoa! I was close to grabbing my shopaholic Mom after 10 minutes in this place and throwing in the towel!
All in all, great shopping location and a must when I come to town from Vegas. The employees are super friendly and I love that. I will be back during my next stay and recommend for awesome and typical Walmart deals. Just beware the Walmartians! I even overheard the shoppers in Bullhead’s local Target saying they came there just to avoid them!

I’m a new ‘local’ here and visited this store this morning, March 14, 2013. No complaints at all about it. I’m Posting this due to a «Random Act of Kindness.» I didn’t get the ladies name and she may never read this, but I hope she does. Long story short, I let this lady behind me go ahead of me in the check-​out line; she only had one item. When I asked the cashier how much I owed, she said, «Nothing. That lady just paid for all your stuff.» I called out after her and thanked her, a lot, but the more I think of her generosity the more I’m flabbergasted. I fully intend to «Pay It Forward» by doing the same thing for someone else as soon as possible. So if you ever read this, unknown lady, know that I lost my job over a year ago, your act helped me, and it was very much appreciated. May God Bless you…

I’m not a huge Wal-​Mart fan, but this is one of the nicest and cleanest Wal-​Marts I’ve ever been in, at least compared to Wal-​Marts in the LA area. Prices are good compared to the regular supermarkets.

I stopped here on the way to Bullhead City. It is a hyper-​busy supercenter that is a hyper convenience store for the Arizona Route 95 traveller and Bullhead City resident.
As a Route 95 traveller, it met my needs. For only $ 1.50, I was able to withdraw money from the ATM machine. There was a decent selection of road atlases. On my visit the lines moved fast. For the road I picked up a large Coke from their Mcdonald’s. And a traffic signal got me safely back onto southbound Arizona Route 95.

Well what can you say, it’s Walmart. Generally I only go in there if I really have no other choice. And in Bullhead City there is no other choice. You get what you need at a far price.
