I used them yesterday to repair my ancient dryer. Bob made me no promises that the pilot light would stay on, but he would clean the heating element and see if that helped. I was able to do one load of wash before it went out again. He will come back and replace a part (special order because of age of dryer), but he thinks it should be fine after that. I give him 4 stars because he was 45 mins early and I ran out, expecting him to be late as most service people are. He came back after he had lunch! He gives great service and his prices will not break the bank!
