I was quoted one price at the beginning and after a few visits the price rose. I spent over $ 80. for 20 pieces. I gave them a chance to retain customer loyalty but they seem uninterested. The person just wanted to explain how CORRECT they were and not even sympathize what was told to me. I prefer honesty, consistency and up front pricing.

All I can say OMG! Now with new management, prices are reasonable but the quality is so much better. I wear suites on a daily basis and with my OCD I know when a dry cleaner did a good job or not. To be honest I’m very impressed. Good job on changing owners, increasing quality and reducing prices.

This place (formerly Jasmine’s Cleaners) is absolutely terrible. Beware of this place and the manager overcharging you. Not only was I quoted one price, I was given a receipt with the total amount. When I came to pick up the clothes, I was charged 20 more dollars because they said they miscounted the amount of pieces being cleaned. An $ 82 bill quickly turned into a $ 102 bill. The worse part was the customer service. The manager was absolutely worthless and could care less about the problem. You would think that a new business would try to retain customers, especially when Jasmine’s was such as great place to drop off your clothes. Avoid this new ownership and its incompetent staff at all costs.
