iProtech – Professional Phone Repair

oh myyyyy gooood, i broke my iphone 6 screeen and was looking for a repair shop, my friend told me about iprotech he was right! iprotech technician guy was very friendly and fast, i got my iphone 6 screen fixed within 15 minutes for reasonable price i was shocked and he assured me that they have all oem (original equipment manufacturer) screens, now i know where to go) and i highly recommend Iprotech to everyone! You won’t be disappointed at all!

I had my phone fixed by the girl here. I’ve had two compliants from other iphone people and they both agreed she did poor work. They are more interested in time than anything else. She left a screw missing on my phone.

This place is the worst place to get your phone fixed… My iPhone 5 was broken so I went to get it fixed and they charged me $ 85 when everywhere else is $ 50 but since it was «great quality» it cost more. So a week later my screen kept piping out and I went back and they super glued it to my phone how does that!!! So the next day the same thing happened I go back and a new worker goes do you want me to super glue it again or give you a new screen. I told him give me a screen and he did. But the 2 times I went they didn’t ask for a receipt so I could have been lying about it but I wasn’t. So now the screen was peeling off and I got mad that 3 times something was wrong with the phone. I called the company and told them what happen and they said sorry about that and to go to the place to get it checked up and get it fixed. I go and the worker goes give me your receipt and I go I don’t have it and he goes well I can’t do anything bye. So I called the company again and I yelled at them saying how there products are shit and they asked me to give my phone to the worker so he can talk to him and they talked and the worker goes I can’t fix it only look at it. So he opened my phone and now the phone screen is even worse then I have it to them!!! Overall this place sucks so bad worst customer service, bad workers, cheep products.

You can’t really trust every «iPhone fixing places» because half of them use third party replacement parts that end up not working the week after. But these guys use ORIGINAL parts. Half my friends went and they are all happy even after a year. No problems what so ever. Jasmine is very smart and she knows what she’s talking about. Prices are reasonable comparing to other companies. You can go shop and your phone will be fixed in less then 40 minutes ‘even sooner if they don’t have any appointments’. Will recommend to all my friends. Thank you Jasmine :)

Great service I had bought many screens from here and all have been perfect. It’s fast good and affordable. The people working in this kiosk are amazing and very helpful. Overall great work I am will for sure recommend more and more people to this kiosk.
