I walked a fair distance down to this location with my son to grab a couple of McFlurry’s. Upon placing our order, we found that they were presently out of the peanut butter cups(which was a first and a little disappointing), so we opted for M & M’s. The counter person proceeded to make our McFlurry’s by simply filling the cup with ice cream and then dispensing the M & M’s onto the top. No blender… no mixing of any kind. I asked why they were not being blended, and the counter person appeared a bit mystified as to what I was talking about. I pointed to the blender on the back counter, and he mentioned that the device was out of commission. My impression from his comment was that it had been out of service for some time. Not good. Having mixed the McFlurry’s myself, we looked for some seats toward the back. My son noticed the«Play Place,» and wanted to check it out, but it was closed(though I’m not sure why). Sitting down, I began to look around the place, and took notice as to how rundown and unkept it is: lamination peeling off the table tops, newspaper and napkins stuffed into one of the overhead vents(to divert airflow, I presume), unwashed tables, and damaged chairs. I also noticed a lack of staff making their way into the dining room to periodically check on its status. Finishing off our«treats,» my son and I made our way to the restroom, which was in poor condition(to put it mildly). Overall, very disappointing. Out of curiosity, I asked one of the managers if this location was corporate or independently owned, and found out it was the latter. This bit of information may or may not make much of a difference in the big picture, but I am frequently under the impression that independently operated restaurants simply do not have the same vested interest in keeping up appearances or quality. An example of this might be the McFlurry blender. Perhaps it just went out that day(though by its appearance and shoved-back location, it seemed to have been out for at least a while), but if it’s an expensive item to replace, then I would imagine that some owners would opt to avoid that overhead cost by passing on the blending duties to the customers. Why replace it immediately if you don’t need to? An unfair point? Perhaps, but as a paying customer of McDonald’s, I expect the same experience at every location regardless as to who owns or operates it. Now, time to share this with the corporate office…

I used to love this place but there must be new management because they are completely retarded and can’t get an order right.

The drive through was jammed pack. Cars lined up all the way to the street. Waited 25 minutes. I noticed a chubby chick with the kiosk(Like they do at In and Out when the drive through is packed). When I finally got to her, she said cash only system is down. I told her«You could have told the people waiting in this long line its Cash only» she responded that’s not her job, she needs to stand at her spot. Which is next to the Kiosk by the drive thru.lol. I swear they must have hired dumb people there. I left since I had no cash.

I’m sitting in the drive thru line… Unbelievably slow. The car in front of me just bailed, and I’m considering the same.

waiting in line for our food. an employee dropped a tray paper on the ground and then put it on a tray to serve food on! told the manager and she could care less. I’m going to tell everyone just how gross this place is. never ever going to come back. actually, I’m just going to stay away from all Mcdonalds from now on. There are far too many other sanitary food establishments to choose from.

This McDonalds sucks more than most. They’ve gotten my order right maybe twice in the past five months.

This is definitely one of the slower McDonalds locations I’ve been to. Their order accuracy has always been good for me, but their drive-thru times are pretty bad, especially at night. There seems to be a consistency with in their slowness, which I can always count on. I’m writing this after experiencing their slow service for nearly a year. They’re one of the only late night eateries in the area, so usually sigh and go on the drive-thru ride hoping it’s been figured out. But no. PS — I wrote this entire thing on my iPhone while waiting in the drive-thru line. PPS — To add insult to injury, when I got home around the corner from this particular McDonalds, my Sprite turned out to be soda water and my French Fries were old and rubbery. The Chicken McNuggets were also luke warm and dry. Don’t know what took them so long at the drive-thru, because it doesn’t seem like they were behind on their cooking or restocking judging by my order.

McDs is what it is. This review is for the play place. It’s dirty and boring. Very disappointing! Also, always park on the side of the building near the donut shop. The other side has a long drive through line and will block you in.
