This is the greatest store. Anytime I need a present I go in here because they have such variety — something to fit any budget! I want people to know that this is a unique place. The owner is often there and can tell you stories about the items that she has to offer and sometimes something about the artist. Sometimes she explains that she got something because she liked it and thought her customers might too! Great place, I wish I could give it more stars!

Go! If you need a present… Go! If you love designing your own scent for soaps, perfumes, lotions, candles or body wash… Go! (KleenSpa in in the back for these items). If you like to support local artists and their amazing paintings, jewelry, or other artisan gifts… Go!
Last Friday of every month there is a (Food Truck Night) combined with «Ladies Night» and you can get all sorts of discounted items, snacks and a lovely community experience. This is one of those spots to peruse and admire all the beautiful items they offer. I end up here almost every time I need a present. It’s just the perfect place!

I’ve bought so many gifts here but today I bought something for myself. The customer service is always amazing. Today I felt in love with a necklace but it was too short for my taste and they dug up an extender for me! They go above and beyond to find you the perfect thing.

Such an awesome little shop! So much to look at, you could easily spend an hour in here! The owner is such a nice person and the vibe is so peaceful! She will even gift wrap your purchase free of charge. There is also an essential oils shop attached. I didn’t really go in to explore because when a woman came out and started helping me, she abruptly just walked away from me when I wasn’t interested in the couple of fragrances she showed me. I continued to smell the rest on my own, but at that point wasn’t even interested in seeing what else they had. How she acted was very rude. This has no reflection on the Mindfulnest or the owner who is awesome!

I’ve been in this store maybe 40 – 50 times now and I never fail to find a special gift for a friend, relative, or even just for myself. Great jewelry selection that is different from the normal tired stuff out there, cool object d’art from local artists, and the best selection of funny/​cool greeting cards in the East Valley. Also, the owner really knows her stock and is really great at assisting me when I need it. Definitely one of my reliable, go-​to places.

I Love This Store!!!
Amanda has a knack for finding interesting items from great local artists! I have purchased several items for my home from her.
It’s also the home of KleenSpa, where you can create your own custom scent to be made in many different kinds of products.
Definitely worth going out of your way to visit. Also a great place to stop on the Friday night Ladies Night Out!!!

What a neat and charming little place on Magnolia. Very artsy and unique display of items. Wish the front desk girl helped us. I feel she could really explain the background on items and the artist work. I wasn’t sure if they made a lot of their items there in the shop. Would have been nice to know :)

MindfulNest is a great little store on the Magnolia strip.
MindfulNest sells a variety of items, including pieces from many local artists. There’s also great gifts for the non-​art lovers in your life, of things you probably aren’t likely to find in many other places. I was fascinated by a book in particular they stocked alongside the short film the book was based upon entitled «The Panda Rabbit». I wish I had bought it, it was so interesting I can’t get it out of my mind!
They also craft their own scents and lotions in the back so the place smells great! The woman working was very friendly and told me about their sales they have every Friday on Food Truck night when everything in their store is 10 or 15% off (I can’t remember which!)
That said, I would come to this place to splurge after a great paycheck and not on any other day as a lot of the items were not cheap. But it is a great place to look around and discover new things. I will find you Panda Rabbit!!!

This store has awesome curb appeal and I finally stepped in the other week (window display of a series of paintings on wood by local artist Walt Hall, with an appropriate All Soul’s Day theme for Halloween). I know they said everything is American made, and I believe she said 80% of it is local artists. And they make their own potions in the back! (Cosmetics and body/​face care.)
Fabulous place to buy gifts — for you or anyone else.
I wanted to give a shout out because I picked up an item that was apparently two pieces, which was entirely unclear, and the top piece went tumbling… and they were totally cool about it. Zero expectation of anything as a result, and zero guilt trip (clearly I felt more guilty than they were concerned). I thought that was classy. And I promise I usually only break things at home!

This shop has great merchandise but the customer service is hit and miss. The people in the back that make the clean scent are always friendly but I’m not sure what’s going on with the people in the front. Would love to shop here more but I’m a real stickler for good consistent customer service!

This is hard to write as I really like the lady at Mindfulnest, however the lady in the back, at Klean Spa (not Jennifer) — not so much.
However since this is a review for Mindfulnest, I will say that I really enjoy coming into this store and like the items they have. However, they are a bit pricey. I would consider some things even though I too could make them, I just don’t have the motivation to do so.
The owner, I think she’s the owner, is pleasant to talk to.
I’ll go back because I like the curios, but I’d have to have some extra money left over to actually purchase something.

Place is very unique and very nice. The people are friendly but the reason this place gets not a great review is because all the jewlrey in here is very very expensive. I’m sorry but I’m not going to pay up to or more than 80 dollars for just a ring when it isn’t even real gold or anything. Besides that this place is pretty good ro just window shop but unless you have a good amount of money in your pocket I would pass and go somewhere else.

Cute, cute, cute!
We wandered in on the way back to the car and I ended up finding gifts for my sister. A cute drain stopper with a cow handle and a cute coffee mug. Okay, so maybe I’m not doing them justice with its description but it’s something I’ve never seen before that I had to take home.
It’s a nice place to find that «something different».

I cant explain how much i love this store. every piece of jewelry ive gotten here has not only made me feel great but i get sooo many compliments. The range is great and as a guy its hard finding jewelry– at least for me it is. I am very particular in what i wear but when i see something I love, I grab it. The store is definitely well curated.
They have so much other goods from local artisans too. I highly recommend this place who is looking for something unique.

This is a lovely shop, with lots of unique and beautiful gifts, including several that are locally crafted.
Amanda (?) helped me, spending lots of time suggesting items to meet my rather picky criteria. Plus, it smells wonderful inside. Really good vibe.

I’ve driven by MindfulNest countless times before, but I didn’t actually visit until recently and I really regret that. I actually almost walked by again, but it was there festive Christmas display window that caught my eye (check my Unilocal photos) and made me realize this place has a great sense of humor! Sure enough, the shop was filled with very interesting, extremely unique housewares, jewelry, greeting cards, etc. Think of it like a gift shop if you want to buy unique items by local, independent artists. There’s also a wall of KleanSpa items if you’re into that kind of stuff.
I didn’t buy anything on this day, but I will definitely be back again when I need to buy a gift and want to come across as hip to the recipient.
It’s street parking only, but there’s always tons of parking on Magnolia and the neighboring side streets. Just be mindful of the signs in the residential areas since there is street cleaning on certain days.
