A very solid 5 stars for the folks over at Pacific Financial Mtg Group. It took about 45 days to do what I have been trying to do for about 2 years now. I had tried Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo and Cash Call. Finally my mechanic referred me to Stefan. Gave me his cell phone number and said if this guy can’t do it than no one can. He did not quote me any rates… He said he needed to see my financials first before he could tell me anything. So I picked up a shopping bag full of papers and went to his office… To make a long story short he said he could do it and would take about 2 months given my situation. Well he did it in a month and a half. I saved a few bucks but most importantly I am out of the terrible loan program I was in for years and couldn’t get out for the life of me. It really was a fairly simple transaction. I provided them with everything up front with a few more on the way and next thing I know I have a notary public knocking on my door with my final paperwork. These guys know exactly what they are doing!!! Thank You… I will be referring everyone I know.
