Best juice bar in LA. But also get the desserts, not just the juices. Fresh made… sooooo goood…

I live on the other side of the hill but whenever I’m close I come for their green smoothie. It’s ten buck but I can’t find an organic smoothie in a glass jar for less. I save the jars and use them in my bathroom and office. they are always super friendly and fired up to help customers. I love this place and think the world could use more stores like it.

Wow! What a fantastic place! They let us try and ton of juices, smoothies and butters. It helped us decide better! I got Hemp Notes smoothie and my husband Whalin Kale. They both were so yummy! We will definitely be back a bunch! Everything was Vegan too!

It’s a splurge for juices but well worth it. Very friendly, chill staff. They offer samples and recommend their favorites. I personally enjoy when an employee speaks of products with great detail and experience. I’ll be back soon!

It’s really good but 9.95 for a juice is just too expensive. I think they’d do better if they ditched the glass bottles and lowered their prices. And I was surprised to see that the juices are pre-made.

Tastes so good and love the creative blends of the juices and smoothies! Most of all the wealth of knowledge about health and wellbeing we received while there! Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service and vegan food. Their chef, Angela, makes the best raw meat! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. They deserve a lot more reviews than they have! They’re still a hidden gem since they are only two years old. That will change soon, it’s only a matter of time so get in there before they blow up because they still sample their juices and desserts!

RAWkin’ Juice is MASSIVELY overpriced. My wife and I wanted something to eat and drink after a long walk in Toluca Lake and we’d seen the«vegan» sign in their window. I handed her my credit card and waited in the car with our pooch. When she came back she looked like she’d seen a ghost! She told me she had managed to spend SEVENTYFIVEDOLLARS in a juice store! And all she was holding was this tiny bag! I said«what the hell did you buy??» It turned out she got each of us a premade raw veggie burger $ 15 each!!!(tiny, super dense, unusual taste and weird – I’d had this brand before at Full O’ Life) and she also got each of us a premade burrito(same brand, $ 12 each?) really small and unthrilling – and then one juice each! Her thought would be that we’d have an extra meal around for the next day. Apparently everything including the juices in there, is premade. Well, nothing was amazing. The burgers are marginally good but they taste like they’re super caloric and they don’t give you a «normal» burger experience at all. The bread is almost like crackers. My green juice had lemon in it which I’m not crazy about and the juice experience was massively inferior to Kreation right up the street a few doors. My wife liked her juice just okay but was underwhelmed. Do I need to say the juices were crazy expensive too? Next day, the burritos were pretty ridiculously blah. And don’t tell me it’s because they’re «raw» because I’ve had amazing raw burritos.(AND veggie burgers just for the record.) We started joking around about what kind of meals and food we could have gotten for that kind of money. It was almost enough to have a nice dinner at Shojin downtown! Enough for bags of groceries! I realized we could have fed a whole village in Zambia for a month! Needless to say, I ain’t going back in this place.

Stopped in today to treat myself to some fresh juice. I decided on the Citrus Ginger Jazz and it was amazing. I only wish it was a little bit colder but maybe that’s how they prefer to serve it. I will be be back to try more juice and a tasty snack too. * I’m not going to mention the very friendly smoking hot blonde behind the counter because my lady might read this and I will be in trouble… :p

Of all the juice joints in the world… it has to be this one. I’ve done Kreation, Pressed Juicery, Moon, Robeks, Jamba, but RAWkin is my favorite! Obviously they boast great raw organic smoothies and juices — pressed fresh in the morning and jarred or bottled for the day. It’s a diverse selection but not ridiculously overwhelming. They have jar salads in the fridge as well, to take out, and small offerings of raw foods and salads to order at the counter. At first glance, this seems not too unlike the standard offerings of any juice shop. You can do your standard kale, ginger, or wheatgrass shots. Prices are fairly comparable to the higher-end juice joints in town(Jamba doesn’t count). BUT. The quality of the ingredients and the combinations are pretty special. The smoothies in particular are more unique, involving combinations of spirulina, pumpkin seeds, dates, fruits, kales, cacao, etc.(If you’re craving a chocolate shake, come here instead!) The juices are excellent: my favorite is the apple spice jingle, the perfect combination of apple, lemon, cayenne pepper, and ginger. If you like those ginger-lemon-cayenne shots, this drink is a really good way to expand on that without getting too sweet or syrupy like many of the fruit juices that contain ginger but a plethora of other items. Wonderful detox: filling, yet light and energizing. RAWkin’ also offers a few nut milks and tonics, which are the equivalent of warm smoothies in terms of nutrition and protein; the thickness is like hot chocolate(maca) and contains nut milk and other raw ingredients. The Gentleman working on the day I was friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted me when I entered, but took his time with the customer ahead of me who was picking out a weekly cleanse option(they offer these, too). He then invited me to the counter to try four different juices and a smoothie. Each was delicious, and was the final clinch in helping me decide to order the Apple Spice Jingle. RAWkin’ is a small shop on a busy corner that is always chaotic at the lunch hour, but it’s the one block of this Toluca Lake/Burbank stretch that has a parking lot(behind the Bob’s Big Boy and Starbucks). I highly recommend RAWkin’. PLUS, they’re currently offering $ 2 off a juice or smoothie if you check in for the first time on Unilocal.I deal I can’t refuse — I just wish I could do it all over again!

I think this place is great but would be even better if juiced/bottled in the store so you can customize. The customer service was awesome. I have a lot of allergies so I have to ask a lot of ingredient questions and the guy behind the counter was patient, kind and helpful. My favorite part about this place is the selection of premade food options they have. The avocado«burger» is the bomb. The almond nut butter is the perfect amount of spice and sweet and their salads are a tasty mix. Overall it’s a great place for juicers!

I’m bumping Rawkin’ back up to a 5 for outstanding customer service!!! I’ve liked this place since they opened, and my only complaint was that they were just a touch out of my normal price range for lunch. After a not-so-great experience the other day, I talked to the manager who encouraged me to come in at my earliest convenience and offered me something new to try(the raw chipotle burrito, which by the way, might just be my new favorite thing), and replacements. Since they had the truffles I’d wanted that morning in, I was all set to buy some, and she threw those in as well. She was really nice about the whole thing, and seemed genuinely glad that I said something instead of irritated. And that attitude just bumped them from a 4 to a 5 for me. :)

The people here are super nice. Very informative and enthusiastic. The hot tonics are worth a try. It’s like having a healthy, thick hot cocoa. Perfect for winter. Hemp notes is an overall well rounded smoothie Sample the nut butters!!! They are worth trying. I’ve purchased a few diff ones over time and they are a great base for making some rad desserts at home. All in all it’s worth checking this place out

this place was great! After playing tennis my husband and I wanted to stop by at a juice place. Thanks to Unilocal we came across this store. We went in and were greeted by a very welcoming person. Name was reported in my tips. She was very nice and provided A LOT of tips/recommendations. I have been to A LOT of other juice places and no where near the helpfulness that this girl showed us! My husband got the green album and I got the Bongo Bliss YUMTOBOTH! The juice was GREAT but the seal of return is due to the girl that helped us!

I’ll preface this with: I ain’t from around here. I’m from Tennessee and paying $ 10 for a juice smoothie without booze in it seems ridiculous. The juice is good. The samples were awesome. I think we sampled 80% of the menu and some vegan burrito that was pretty amazing. If you need some juice, it’s good. If you have a vitamix, you can make it better and cheaper at home.

This place definitely earned a new regular today! I went in hoping to try one of their green juices & Casey was nothing short of awesome. He gave me half a dozen samples of different juices and smoothies and explained what’s inside each one. I ended up getting a smoothie and a beet juice(something I never even thought I’d try). Everything I tried & bought is fresh, refreshing & delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors.

I’ll start with the store itself. Very clean and fresh looking like most juice places. The customer service was really great. The employee working let me try three different juices before I decried on the Orange Smash. There were not very many juices to choose from and they were quite pricey($ 9). I like the jars that the juice come in, but I’m not so sure why they were ALL prepackaged. Even the smoothies. Good juice but I still prefer Pressed! More options and it’s less expansive.

I was happy to find Rawkin Juice, especially since it is filling the vast void of juiceries in the Burbank area. Roughly $ 10 per smoothie, they were tasty, filling, and healthy! We got the Hemp Notes and Concert Date, which I preferred– it wasn’t too sweet, but captured hints of the lemon and parsley, which went really well with date flavors! Walking in we were warmly greeted and quickly educated on what makes these juices and smoothies unique– Natural Mineral Spring Water was a repeat mention, Organic produce, and the Auger Pressing techniques were others. Personally, I was glad to see it served in a glass bottle(which we have kept and use for other purposes), and the fact that the drinks were really very yummy! Falafel burgers in the fridge sounded amazing.
