I imagine that this Starbucks would be a great place to meet up with a friend, have a casual business meeting, or just sit by myself to get some work done. It’s clean, and has an open space with a reasonable amount of seating. The baristas are friendly enough and maintain a laid back, low key vibe to the place. BUT. There is a fine line between laid back and lazy and the workers here can’t seem to figure out how to keep things low key while still doing their job well. I get that it can get busy, but without exception, my wait time at this location is at least twice what it would be at any other Starbucks given the same conditions: –I’ve been the only person in line and still waited seven minutes for a drink. –On multiple occasions my drink was completely wrong, but I still had to take it so that I didn’t have to wait even longer for what I ordered. All this without an apology or recompense. –I’ve called ahead to order a traveler and been told that it would be ready within fifteen minutes, but when I got there twenty minutes later I still had to wait ten minutes before it was ready. –I even tried alleviating the wait by ordering ahead via the Starbucks app, but when I arrived, I still had to wait for four other people to have their drinks made before mine was ready. Now in general, Starbucks is a stop of convenience for me. I know what to expect, there’s always one nearby, and especially now that I can order ahead on my phone, it’s even easier to throw money at the corporation than making my own coffee at home. If I want a place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee, I’ll choose a local coffee house and appreciate the wait knowing that there’s craft and care being put into my drink, but that’s not what Starbucks is about as a business. It’s about a standardized experience that optimizes convenience for customers and this store does not do that.

The Starbucks that you can study at, read a book at, and do coffee with a friend. Basically rocks! Some Starbucks are crowded, lack seating space, or place loud music which is not conducive to getting work done. Not this one. Great tables to work. Good access to outlet plugs. Mellow ambiance. Music laid back and chill.

I come here about once a week on my way to my volunteer work. The staff is generally pretty nice although they always seem really harassed/frenzied at 7AM on a Saturday morning. They do a good job on my drink, never had to return it. The parking lot sucks, but that isn’t their fault.

For some reason my birthday reward wasn’t showing up. The girl helping me took care of the issue and was so nice about it. Also Omar the manager there is just an incredible person. They’re all great and very polite.

Super nice baristas, esp on a busy Memorial Day w/e. Very patient as we fumbled around with various methods of payment. Our drinks and food were all fab, fast and as ordered. FYI: Not much seating at this location: 1 bar = 4 bar chairs, 1 table + 4 chairs and approx 8 tables + 2 chairs each. Clean bathroom. Lots of food options.

Best Starbucks in Burbank! Great customer service and, I don’t know what it is, but they make better frappucinos than the other locations nearby.

Good service with a nice comfy ambiance. Lots of natural light for you readers out there and plenty of extra parking towards the Pavilions side. It’s one of my more liked Starbucks but unfortunately I’m not around here too often. It’s a winner in my book!

I’ve only written positive reviews, but today… I stopped at this Starbucks, waited in line and asked«Does the Passion tea have caffeine in it?» Amy asked what size. I told her«Venti, but does it have caffeine in it?» She said«I don’t know.(Amy, look at the box behind you — i can see it from here!) She did ask just before using tongs in her right hand to remove the tea which she then took from the tongs with the fingers of her left hand… honestly Amy.

One of my favorite Starbucks. This location has everything you could possibly want in a Starbucks. Overpriced drinks that taste good enough that you forget how much you are paying, good friendly service in a clean environment. Bonuses include actually having good parking and I have never had to fight to find a place to sit down!

This location is most convenient to where I live but every time I come here I get mediocre service. It’s 11am and they’re out of more than half the items in their case, then why display it? They aren’t very engaging either. I did give them three stars because more importantly they are clean and move the line fast! It’s a hit or miss location, and with so many other Starbucks around especially the one across the parking lot in the Pavilions they should pay more attention to their guests needs.

Very good coffee, don’t get discouraged if the line is long it moves quickly! I will support this coffee shop because of the culture their CEO has created!

Fast and friendly service every time! I live in the neighborhood and this is my go to Starbucks store. I’ve never had an issue here, even when it’s busy and the line is practically out the door I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Great crew members who are friendly and always ensure your drink is made right. Thank you! p. s. I just gave a scathing review to the store over on Olive, the one with the big patio, because their service is absolutely terrible! I hate going there, only been there 4 times, 3 of which I walked out without ordering because the wait was so long(20+ minutes).

Open Christmas Day! Baristas here are very nice and efficient; lines go pretty quick. Parking is ample as they share the lot with other businesses in the shopping center. There’s also a Starbucks inside the Pavillions(FYI: Pavillions Starbucks don’t accept Starbucks GC). Overall, I like this Starbucks. It’s cozy, clean and has character. I’m not a coffee drinker but I do enjoy my tea. And I got a couple of Starbucks GC as gifts so why not.
