The sub was fine but the bread was old and dry. I got my sub mid morning so I’m guessing they gave me the bread from the day before. If you’re too cheap to throw out the day old bread then sell it like jimmy johns does, don’t pawn it off on your customers.

They charged me for guacamole and didn’t include it and then when I called to complain, they tried to convince me its in there and that I need to look harder. Are you f’ing kidding me??? Thanks a lot Steven who’s supposed to be the manager, he doesn’t know how to make sandwiches or be a damn manager. I guess that’s how this subway makes money here. Charging for things and not including them. Dishonesty never pays off I will not be returning here again!

This Subway is always busy, I want to say it is a good thing but I end up being in line for 15 minutes. The workers are fast paced. They seem to always forget to give me napkins and that is just plain annoying. The wait line is narrow and can get really crowded.

This location is always hit & miss with me. For one, this Subway is «narrow», so when it’s busy, the wait line snakes around like at an amusement park & there’s only 3 or so feet between the wall and the order counter. It’s a tight fit during most lunch hours. Like I said, sometimes its hit and miss. Sometimes they short me on the meat and or cheese, sometimes they get it just right. Other than the tight space & the inconsistency of meat/cheese distribution, the staff, with its quick assembly line can get that line moving through without a hitch. Far be it for me to hold up that line to ask for that extra slice of Black Forest Ham or that tiny pepper jack triangle slice… +1 star for close proximity to office. –1 star for product inconsistency. Solid 3 Stars. deez® out!

This is the closest subway to my house. I have came to this place more than several times. I keep being optimistic thinking that their bread is going to be fresh but this last time I went did it for me. It seem that the bread is more than 3 days old or something. Point is that it’s not fresh! I now drive a little further to the new subway they opened on Sherman way near lankershim. I suggest u do the same.

Rainy day special! Most people are unaware Subway offers a rainy day special. You buy one six inch sandwich and drink and get another six inch FREE! No coupon needed. I love how fresh the bread is, and I’m so glad they decided to toast their sandwiches. I don’t like how long the Tuna and meatballs sit out for hours yet they still serve them. Also, check the daily/Sunday paper for coupons. Every penny counts! Thank &ENJOY!
