Horrible attitude and service. Bought a small bottle of ink for $ 28 and was getting ready to pay for it. Then I realized he didn’t include the stamp pad so I told him that I need that as well. He turns around with an attitude and says«is that it? Tell me everything you need so I don’t have to go back and fourth?» I told him I guess it’s my fault that u didn’t upsell this to myself. Sorry to inconvenience you. I guess you are just too busy doing nothing to help a good paying customer! I think it’s time to retire.

Valley Rubber Stamp Co had quick turnaround and a cheaper price than a couple of places I went to online to have a custom stamp made. I mean, two days is all it took! Most places online say 2 – 3 weeks, plus shipping. Norm was also a very nice guy. I now believe that there are kind souls still running businesses out there. Burbank has so many neat businesses tucked away, they’re just waiting for you to rediscover them. Plus you get face to face interaction with someone, not just a computer.

I think they also sell silkscreen screens. I was here for brayers, etching tools, and printing barrens. If you want nameplates or stencils, they make it. This is a manufacturer of rubber and synthetic rubber stamps. You might be able to find an intaglio printing press here but its out of the way for me.
