I went to drop my car off on Wednesday June 15th at 3:30 P.M. I met with John. My first impression was not a great one and by the time that I left I knew that I couldn’t trust him. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. He seemed like he was going to try to discredit everything that I said to Statefarm Insurance. Victory Auto Body is a Statefarm preferred shop, which means that Statefarm does not need to inspect the Vehicle. The shop makes the estimate and the repairs, and the insurance company pays the bill.
I tried to disclose every that I knew to John. So, I told him that a mechanic told me that I needed a new driver’s side lower control arm because my car was backed into. At this point he called Statefarm to schedule an inspection. This was totally unnecessary procedure and I was told by Statefarm this was confusing to them since Victory Auto Body was a preferred shop and no inspection was necessary. Then John lied to me about Statefarm wanting me to return the rental car and pick up my car since it’s drivable. He failed to tell me it’s because he scheduled an inspection. He cost me 5 days of a rental car and he cost me money on top of that. The Inspector couldn't come out till June 28th so he lost me another 2 weeks of getting my car repaired
He never listens to what the customer says. When dealing with customers you must have their best interest in mind. He does not have your best interest in mind, nor does he care if you take your business elsewhere If a company makes a customer happy, they may tell a couple people but when you treat a customer like I got treated then you really get the word out. That is exactly what I am going to do.
