Wendy’s

I wish I could do no stars at all, terrible experience… they lost my order and had me waiting around for about 30 minutes, I ask them what’s going on with my order and they are so blah about the whole thing, they realized the had lost my order because I had to show them my receipt, so I finally get my order, go home and start tying to enjoy my food… WRONG ORDER!!!
NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I am not a Wendy’s person by any means. I once got food poisoning many years ago when I was in elementary school and have not been back. However, I recently went for the first time since then with my coworkers since we work super close by.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a strawberry lemonade. I was so impressed by the strawberry lemonade! I find it hard to come by a really good lemonade and theirs was delicious! I would go back just to get it!
Unfortunately I thought the chicken sandwich was just ok. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t as good as my beloved Chick-​fila. My coworkers love the spicy chicken sandwich, but I wasn’t sure how spicy that would be so I didn’t try it.
Their fries are decent, but nothing really stood out to me.
Overall, I found my first Wendy’s experience in almost 20 years to be just ok — but I am glad I went and didn’t get food poisoning this time around! :P

This Wendy’s sucks!!! Can’t even get a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger right after 3 tries!!! Won’t ever come back to this one

Horrible service! They consistently get my order wrong on every visit. I’ve gotten home many times to see that they either forgot something or gave me the wrong thing. I am totally displeased and won’t be going back.

So not only did I just wait in a drive for line for LITERALLY 35 minutes (once you’re in there is no way out. Convenient design eh?) but when I got home my order so so incredibly wrong. 4 sides of chicken nuggets? No chicken sandwich. No sauce. Tomatoes on everything. What the hell. I know it’s fast food so I shouldn’t be so mad… But I could have had a nice sit down meal in the time I was in that line. Maybe it’s my fault I didn’t check my order. But you try sitting in a damn fast food line for THIRTY FIVE minutes. You’d want to get the hell out of there too. Worst part is when I pulled up to the window, three employees were just standing around chatting and laughing. Get out.

How you gonna ask for $ 15 an hour and get my drink wrong, wrong sandwich and forget the dipping sauce. It’s not that hard, it’s 4 for 4! Sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink. Your making automated service easier by fucking up simple shit like this.

Just tried to grab something to eat with 5 min left of time according to what it says online till closing. But when we got there the attendant told us they close at 12:30 if that’s the case they should change it online.

Just got two $ 1 frosty cards, one for myself, one for my family. I can enjoy junior size frosty all year long with this mini card. You should get one too if you are fan of their vanilla frosty or chocolate frosty or both.

I’m a fan of Wendy’s. I like that you can order your burger or chicken sandwich exactly as you like it and somehow they manage to get it right and do it quickly.
I like both their burgers and chicken sandwiches but just so so about their fries. I also like the self serve soda machine that lets you pick from a huge number of different sodas.
The interior is updated and nicely decorated. Parking can be a bit tight during lunch but if you don’t mind walking a few feet, there’s a large lot nearby

One of the reasons my husband adores me is the fact that I’m pretty much a cheap date.

Anywho, we’re driving by on the freeway, trying to decide where to eat lunch. Looking at the big signs for the Empire Center…
Me: «Wendy’s chili and a baked potato!» Those are the only Wendy products I enjoy.
I’ll order their chicken nuggets on occasion. They’re better than McD’s.
He was good with that. Got right off the freeway and backtracked.
This was a much nicer Wendy’s than in our neighborhood area.
Efficient friendly employees, tidy dining area and clean restrooms.
One thing to note is that the baked potato was way bigger than what I’ve gotten at other locations. I had the hubby finish it for me.
I don’t really go to fast food chains too often and am out of the loop.

That’s the only complaint. It’s quicker & easier using the multi-​spout dispensers. Especially in a busy location such as this one.
With the bonus of that big baked potato, I really liked this Wendy’s and wouldn’t mind stopping by again. Mmmmm… cup of chili on a chilly day.

By far the best Wendy’s I know of. I’ve yet to have a mistake in my order with them (*knocks on wood*), they are quick with their service, and the food seems fresh and well prepared. I also enjoy that they offer the freestyle drinks. The raspberry Diet Coke rocks.

Anyone else remember when the JBC’s were $ 0.99?!? Now, they’re more like $ 2! Still like the chicken nuggets, baked potatoes and chili. Better than McD’s but not by that much.

Terrible. Ordered a gouda sandwich and two jr bacon burgers. Thats a hard order apparently. They gave me three jr bacon burgers. Didnt see it until i got home. Love how they get away with stealing $

I came to this Wendy’s at around 9pm and the place was super packed and poppin. Even though the place was very busy the staff was on top of everything and made sure that the line moved quickly and efficiently.
The restaurant itself was very clean and the floors weren’t dirty or messy. If a customer left a table it was cleaned in a reasonable timely fashion.
Now I know many people may have bad experiences in fast food bathrooms but this particular Wendy’s had a very clean bathroom. Paper towels and toilet paper was fully stocked and the soap dispenser was full as well.
The staff was friendly and greeted me when I approached and was helpful to any customer that needed it.
Overall this was a very well run Wendy’s and the staff was great.
There isn’t much to say about the price because it’s Wendy’s and you should know the price range of a fast food joint such as Wendy’s by now haha.

I like Wendy’s… That is until I came across this drive thru worker who was working at 11 pm on Sunday, October 12, who skimped me on fries when I ordered a large and gave me a Asiago chicken sandwich with spoiled cheese which made me sick. 5 stars because I know you guys are going to fire her. Thank you.

I was here for lunch today 9÷5÷15 in the afternoon as I was craving this Wendy’s food. This must be a very popular one because there was a long line in the drive-​thru and a long line inside to order. Prices seemed to be the same as in Florida. This was my first Wendy’s in California by the way.
The food tasted great, friendly staff members, and very attentive. The Coke machine was down over the counter, but the lady was very kind to ask everyone what they were drinking so they can fill the cup on the other side. I thought this was nice.
The interior was clean, quiet, and fine. I enjoyed this place. No problems.

This is the worst Wendy’s I had ever been to. I wish I can give this 0 stars. This place is disgusting!!! The people are rude and they kept forgetting the stuff I ordered and there were ants everywhere! There was ants on the chairs, floors, and walls. They kept crawling on me and I lost my appetite! Disgusting! Never coming back.

Omg there new cheese bacon fries are soooo yummy!!! I don’t really eat at Wendy’s that often but I will definitely be back for these fries!!!

Im biased, as I have been a fan of Wendy’s since I can remember. Here in Cali I found they are few so seeing one brings back Ohio memories. I digress.
Came here after a late night drive around 12:15, the drive thru staff was cool and I didn’t take too long to get my stuff. Since i’m never around one I got alot which is key (frosty, baked potato, baconater, spicy chicken sandwhich, and 12 nuggets). All of it was MOSTLY on point, and for a fast food wendys after midnight i’ll take it, even more importantly they gave me a free burger on accident… Thank you!
If my food was hotter it could’ve been a 5 star, but either way of course i’ll be back.
P. S. I think Unilocal says it closes at 1am, its actually 12:30am.

This is the first Wendy’s I have been to. I mostly came here to break my boyfriend’s will of not getting a frosty. Yes he was the one who told me about the frosty and i wanted to try it.
Here there’s a drive through and sit down. There’s plenty of parking as it is in the Empire Center area.
The frosty was a pretty decent amount considering we got the small and shared. It was $ 1.50 without tax.
From what I saw I wouldn’t mind coming again and we didn’t have to wait that long to order and get our order.
I am sure most people still remember Wendy taking a hit from a girl who faked a finger in her food back in 2005 (

The story was not true but the 3 weeks to prove it definitely took a hit on Wendy’s but I’m super happy it exists in Burbank for me try.
