Burien Frame & Wheel Alignment

Someone said this guy was an A-​hole and they are correct. It;s as if they don’t want to make hours that are convenient for people who work and that being said I am looking for another alignment place who has business hours which serve the customers.

Excellent experience. My car was making a grinding noise and I brought it to a mechanic who took the wheel off and I was quoted for needing a new hub and bearing assembly for $ 840. After I got it back from that place, the noise was gone and I brought it in here for a second look. He said there was nothing wrong with the bearing, no problem with the alignment, or the tires, and it was probably just a rock stuck in there. Saved me $ 840.

Called them last minute and they took me in right away. They didn’t finish the job because I had bent tie rods but they did align my wheels correctly. They didn’t charge me full price and I appreciated the mechanic showing me what else was wrong. I will return to them to replace my tie rod. Overall happy with the service.

I’ve been working in the automotive industry for a good amount of time and BF&WA and second to none. I get that you can get a lifetime alignment package at Firestone, or have people come running to you at Les Schwab. You can probably be in and out at Pep Boys or where ever else you want to get your alignment done at. But from what I’ve seen at all those main chains is those are fresh out of school technicians that know how to read a machine and then adjust those machines to align your machine. Mike over at Burien Frame is a master of his art. He has all the fancy laser alignment machines and the more traditional style alignments — but what sets him apart is his experience, his understanding of how it all works and comes together. Beyond that he has pride in his work and believes in perfection.
He has done many of my company cars and we’ve never had one come back or complaint. When I had him do my personal 350Z he wasn’t happy with not being able to get it perfect so he didn’t want to charge me for a non 100% job. I eventually brought it back and he did manage to perfect it.
That to me is amazing customer service and it speaks mounds of his character and business. I hope they stick around for a long time because they are the only place I trust for my alignments.

I came here for an alignment because I was dissatisfied with the service from the other alignment shop down the street. Here I was able to talk directly with the owner (who used to work for that other shop) about the exact specifications I wanted for my alignment. Moreover, he explained the settings that would improve handling and minimize tire wear. Overall, the service was helpful, relatively quick, and reasonably priced.
