THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL! Used an unlicensed (suspended/​revoked) subcontractor. Had to supervise their staff because Hal & Rich certainly don’t! Now refusing to handle a warranty item: talk, gripe, yap, complain, whine, grumble, snivel, kvetch, anything to evade their obligation to correct a problem! THERE NEEDS TO BE A RATING LESS THAN ONE-​STAR — IF ONLY FOR THESE GUYS! The only reason I might want them to survive is that I don’t want any of our taxes to pay for their government assistance (welfare, etc.) when they fail!

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR HOME!!! They re-​sided my home with hardiplank and painted it. The subcontractor they used did shotty work. If I didn’t stay on top of it, pointing out the poor and defective work, they wouldn’t have came out to check on the job and get their sub back in line. The sub pounded the nails back in the house after they tore off the lp siding. This is a no no since the nails could puncture wires or push on the drywall. What pissed me off the most is when they broke and cracked my porch rail and nailed it back like everything was perfectly fine. I made them replace the cracked rails. These guys were slow, messy and non-​responsive. Their work was sloppy and unprofessoinal. I thought the painter was a nice guy, but his work was well, unsatisfactory.
I am very unsatisfied with their work. I would not recommend RH Smith!!!
