Oh wow. Please, please, do NOT order from here! Rotten avocados in the avocado fried rice.

My things are taste and convenience and this has it. While it’s not the best Thai in the world, it is not the worst by any means. The Garlic crispy chicken wings are AMAZING… the Pad Kee Mao is the truth(I order without Bell Peppers so I can concentrate on that saucy taste)… Overall, there place is not the best for sitting around, but it is very New York or Tokyo style. Its always clean, the owner is VERY friendly and the cook too. I support local business as much as I can, and I would like them to stick around.‘ PS — They Deliver! And fast usually too!

This is my go to Thai restaurant when I am feeling lien staying in because they deliver within Burien! I always order tom kha, green curry and friend rice. The tom kha is great but I don’t like the tomatoes. The green curry is always down well and the fried rice is pretty good. I will be ordering again and again and again!

The food was mediocre the few times we ordered delivery. Never again. We ordered delivery at 7:15pm and they said it would be 40 minutes. At 8:45(90 mins later), we called to check on our order that they said would arrive«any minute.» It finally arrived at 9:05, nearly 2 hours after we ordered and wasn’t even mediocre. We will never order from Sai Thai again.

Quite good. Pros? Curry is on spot. Plenty of spice and a good flavor. Peanut sauce is to die for. Efficient workers that know what they’re doing with food. Very reasonable prices. Cons? Not much seating inside. Plenty to be desired from the service, but they’re busy and it’s understandable that they’re less good at table service as most of their orders are to go.

A strong three for me. I ordered the red curry, fresh rolls and pad kee Mao. I’m on this mission to find the best fresh rolls and once again was very disappointed. Tasteless and a waste of money. The pad kee mao was pretty good and I will definitely order again. The winner of the order was the red curry. It was superb with all the right flavors. I really like that they make all they’re food fresh and not sitting in a pan all day. Another plus is that it’s right next to my house.

I really like the food here. It’s fresh and flavorful and I love that they deliver. I do wish that they were a bit faster but understand that the space is small so they don’t really have room for more help.

I think this is the best eatery in Burien. The food is always fresh and made with the perfect combination of ingredients and spices. The restaurant is small, so not really conducive to large group dining, but take out and delivery is prompt and food has always been warm when it arrives. We have ordered from this restaurant on average of 1 – 2 per week and have never had a complaint about the food. I find prices appropriate for the quality and quantity of food you get with each order. Again, if you like fresh delicious food, this is a great place to eat!

We wanted to love this place. We hadnt yet found a thai restaurant we didnt like and this one is walkable for us. Unfortunately we think the food is all too sweet and lacks the rich flavor we find at every other thai restaurant we’ve ever been to. Having patroned more than 100 thai restaurants*, I think the food here is the worst. But, it will probably fair well among Americans who are used to sweet Chinese inspired American food. *Ginger palace in Tukwila, for example, has worse thai food, as do a few others that serve thai dishes, but they don’t claim to be thai restaurants. This is the worst food Ive found amoung thai restaurants.

My partner and I ordered food to-go, and said we were going to have a beer next door at the Tin Room while we were waiting. When we got back in 30 minutes, our food wasn’t ready yet — it looked like he started our food right then. Not a huge deal I guess but that’s why we ordered ahead. We ordered a fried rice and pad thai. The fried rice had a weird flavor, the pad thai was okay but tasted like it was made with ketchup. I couldn’t eat much of it, but my partner did, he thought it was okay. Honestly, there is better thai food in Burien and Seatac, and I had hoped for better from such a prime location. I won’t go back.

The restaurant is small, but not cramped. There are cute tables and seats and the server was such a sweet gentleman. My mom and I ordered pad see ew and some curry. Both were delicious. I was relieved to actually get authentic flavorful Thai food that had some spice to it. I would definitely suggest this place if you are in the area.

I’ve ordered from here a few times, and the food is decent… not the best or the worst thai food i’ve had. Tonight I called in an order and was given a 45 minute delivery time. Well, fast-forward 2 hours and the food isn’t here. Adding insult to injury, I called to find out if the food is coming and could not get a straight answer from the owner, then I said if the food does arrive we should be discounted, and the guy HUNGUP on me. Customer. Lost.

The pineapple & chicken fried rice was ONPOINT. We also got spring rolls which were crispy and delicious! My mom ordered some random curry chicken skewers which were cooked perfectly but I don’t love curry so I only ate one. Place is small and awkward to eat in which we realized so we got it to-go. It was ready in 10 minutes and it really was pretty inexpensive! Convenient location in «olde burien» with some different food than just burgers and fries. Will be back!

They have improved the quality of the red curry chicken and its almost as good as Simply Thai. The portion is bigger than before and the sauce is more flavorful. Sunce Krunthep went downhill we have been looking for a new local place. They are closeby and they deliver so this will be our weekly standard.

Omgosh! So good! I ordered for delivery and it arrived in timely manner. Everything was still hot. I ordered curry beef, Rama with beef and crab wontons. All are very flavorful and big portions. Now I have to go into the restaurant some day and meet the owners. Its my new favorite place in Burien :) great job guys.

After almost three years here in Burien, my husband and I finally got around to ordering Thai via delivery. It was wonderful to see at least two options, so Sai Thai was our first hit. I’ve become accustomed to the likes of J’ai Thai, Thai Thom and Simply Thai, all three setting a standard-in my opinion. As our first venture into a new dining experience, we opted for simple dishes; the Chicken Pad Kee Mao and Cashew Chicken stir fried with brown rice. In addition, we ordered the crab wonton for a starter. The food was delivered in exactly 30 minutes, which I really appreciate. Cost wise, it was about $ 28. This is a perfect range as it coincides with the expense of a pizza delivery night. That makes Momma happy. Momma wasn’t too happy with the crab wontons. They were mostly wonton with very little crab filling. We will not order that again. The heat of the dishes was pretty on par, a three star was(for me) a bare heat with no sweating or runny nose to mention. I like a good sweat so I’d opt for a four or five, next time around. The meals: the Pad Kee Mao was good. Not SOAMAZING but it was good enough, had flavor, noodles were cooked to perfection and the veggies were slightly crunchy but with a zesty softness and the sauce really brought out the dish. The heat on the cashew chicken took away from the flavor of the dish. I enjoyed the chicken very much, found the cashews lacking and too tender-slightly overcooked. The carrots and onion throughout were also slightly overcooked. I can appreciate the tin foil lined to go containers, avoiding spillage and maintaining the integrity so that you’re not dealing with a sopping mess once the goods come-out-the bag. Service was easy over the phone, fast upon delivery. Price was definitely uplifting and on point. Its’ a good place to order from if you’re avoiding an average order in scenario and want to spice up your night but not worthy to travel to if you’re not in the area.

AMBIENCE. B–(very small — 8 seatings avail.) SERVICE. C(took over an hr. from order to receiving delivered food) FOOD. B(it’s ok — make sure to ask for extra sauces i.e. fish sauce, chilies, sweet chili sauces) PRICE. A(it’s affordable compared to other Thai restaurants.) Ordering over the phone was easy and quick and we were given the expectation of FREE delivery between 45 — 60 mins.(Say, What??) They deliver within a 4 mile radius. The establishment is small and has seating for about 8. Now I see why they’re a takeout business — too bad there’s only one cook! I happened to go out into Burien Center and thought I would drop by 20 mins. after we placed the order to see I could pick up our order, but there’s only one cook… now I see why our order was going to take over and hour to receive. The place had people eating as well as other takeout orders were ahead of mine. I left and told them to go ahead an deliver as they weren’t even close to start cooking our food. SIGH…(Well, the driver got lost and it was actually an hour and 10 mins. before we got our food and we were less than a mile away.) However, They claim their cooking is regional Thai food. We requested to cook with medium heat but I barely tasted any heat in the dishes except for the coconut Curry beef. I’m glad I requested chills and fish sauce with thai chilies to accompany my meal. They were much needed to give more flavor. Here’s what we ordered: Fried Crab Wonton — These were okay, but would be nice to eat when really hot… I put back in the toaster oven to heat and make crispy again. Crispy Garlic Wings — are nicely carmelized with a sweet garlicky sauce. There’s also fried basil as an edible presentations. Pad Kee Mao — nice wide rice noodles with chili paste, veggies and fried tofu. The flavor was very mild and medium. I had to put extra fish sauce to give this dish some oomph! Chicken Pad Thai — also a little lacking in seasoning, so added fish sauce and chills to give more flavor. But the noodles are cooked quite nicely. Coconut Yellow Curry Beef — This was very flavorful with coconut and curry flavors and nicely spiced and the beef was tender to the bite. Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp — This was nicely stir fried with the variety of ingredients of Pepper, onion, tomatoes, broccoli, basil, scrambled egg, and shrimp. I added the sweet chili sauce to give an added flavor. I would eat here again, but probably go and pick up. AND don’t forget to ask for additional sauces for more flavor and spiciness! i.e. — fish sauce with chills/sweet chili sauce /and chili flakes.
