What a joke. I go in for a simple fade. The hairdresser was less than enthusiastic and clearly doesn’t understand the word fade. Instead, there’s a distinct line where my hair is two different lengths, and oh yeah, it isn’t even a straight line. She doesn’t clean up the neck line at all either. On top of that it was $ 17. Make a good decision and go to Seahurst salon where a haircut is half the price, the employees are very nice and they do a fantastic job. This place SUCKS!!!

Not just the worst haircut of my life but the worst haircut experience of my life. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone.

Moved back home to Seattle two years ago and have been searching for a good stylist ever since. Finally hit the nail on the head with Natalie at the Burien(Ambaum) location. She listened carefully to what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. I have very thick layered hair, which can be tricky to get cut at the right angles and she did a perfect job of taking out the bulk in just the right areas. She has cut my hair four times now and has always done a consistent job. The only thing I would say to the owner is that he/she might want to invest a little in working on décor a little and sprucing the place up a little. Other than that, A stellar place to get your hair done!

Wow! $ 17 to get my 12 year old sons hair cut, no shampooing, just a cut. Seems pretty steep for Supercuts.

Worst. Haircut. Ever. I previously have visited this supercuts location with no problems, this time was not the case. The store is usually clean and today it was not. Receptionist took my name asked if I wanted a shampoo and said it would be a 15 – 20 min wait, said that was fine yes I wanted a shampoo and sat to wait. A guy called my name and asked what I wanted to have done today and I said a trim with my layers trimmed up. He said ok. Immediately sprayed my hair down and started cutting. Never asked how much I wanted off. No shampoo. Nothing. Didn’t trim the front at all. Took barely off the bottom. I was flustered paid and left. Got home and it was all uneven. I picked supercuts because I have previously worked for that company. Not only do you have to have your cosmetology license to work there, they put you through there own supercuts training to learn how to cut the supercuts way. My hair was not even cut the supercuts way. When I called to speak with a manager I was promptly told this Location doesn’t have a manager and to call the southcenter store. When I called southcenter I was told no manager until Monday. But I could come in to have my hair fixed. What a mess of a morning and I wish I had not stopped there.

I’ve been to various Supercuts before, but this atmosphere was the best. Nice and clean. Skilled technicians. I don’t like making appointments far ahead, so being able to walk-in works really well for me. I’ve been going back for a while and have been perfectly pleased with every cut. It’s every bit as good as I’ve had at expensive places. I take the picture of what I want with me each time. They pay attention and get it right. So glad they’re there.

I have gone to the Burien Supercuts for years for cuts and colors and so has my whole family from kids to grandkids. I cannot imagine what the negative review is about unless someone is trying to hurt the business. Jamie, the manager, is a very talented stylist and I have always been pleased. For years I went to Gene Juarez in Southcenter and they were very expensive. I stopped after a color disaster.
