Dr. Henry is a great dermatologist, having treated both of our kids during the teenage years and also myself. She’s patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough; when you leave the appointment you have written instructions so everything is clear. Unfortunately she is not currently taking new patients (even my husband) and she is in the office limited days and times. She is the only doctor in this practice that I would choose to see. But you will have to overlook the 80s décor.

Am a new patient looking for a dermatologist; saw that they received good reviews from patients and attempted to call and schedule an appointment. After repeatedly calling the appointment line for 15 minutes, the line remained busy (no voicemail to leave a message for a call back), I attempted to call the office manager to let them know that their line was off the hook. I was immediately put on hold; when someone came back on the line, they asked if I was someone else. When I responded, «no,» I was disconnected.
Honestly, what kind of customer service is this? Dr. Henry may be a phenomenal dermatologist, but her front office staff is completely wretched. Will not be going there.
