Run for your dental life! If you are a guy you’ll wait over an hour while this dental office ‘girls club’ yuck it up and let other ladies in ahead of you. This ‘dentist’ put in two crowns at the cost of 2K each that had to be replaced within a year because they were made out of foil. Heaven help you if you should complain. She wanted to replace a bridge for 5K that my present dentist says is perfect and strong. What rip. Hopefully she’ll go out of business before she really hurts someone. Again, run (don’t walk) for you dental life!

Dr. Pham has a pleasant and friendly personality. She is very meticulous in her work. I do not have dental insurance, so I have to pay a lot out of pocket, but her work is worth every penny, as opposed to some cheap work that may cause you to lose the whole tooth later. I had had a few fillings done by another dentist that got infected which caused me to lose the whole tooth. I have had a few fillings, a few tooth canals and crowns done by Dr. Pham in the course of several weeks, and it will save me many more trips to the dentist later.

Worst dentist office EVER! My initial exam took about 1.5 hrs – (which I was not expecting, nor informed of) At the end of the exam, the dentist was trying to up sell me on all kinds of unnecessary treatments that I didn’t want. Then – she asked me to set up a «consultation» to go over all the fees. As I tried to get my xrays and switch to another dentist, for 2 weeks I asked for my xrays and information be transferred to another dental office and they NEVER did it. I had to go in and pick them up myself, because the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to send them via email or US Post.
Terrible customer service. Terrible waste of time and money. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My favorite dentist of all time (and I’ve been to a few).
Dr. Pham is smart, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She knows dentistry varies from uncomfortable to painful, and does everything she can to reduce the discomfort. She is a genuinely warm person.
She has rearranged her schedule on several occasions to help me in with semi-​urgent problems, including a broken front tooth that required an implant and a couple of broken crowns. She can also explain procedures in great detail (if you can get her to slow down). She continually updates her skill-​set and knows the current practices and techniques.
My 11-​year old son is in love with her. After his last dentist (a quack in my opinion), he is just amazed at how much better Dr. Pham is.
Her office staff is also very pleasant to deal with. I enjoy taking my son in just to get the chance to hang out and chat with them.
You will NOT find a better dentist in this part of Fairfax!
