I went here to pick some boots for my wedding (for the entire bridal party), prepared to spend close to a grand… NO ONE SO MUCH AS LOOKED AT US. A group of 10 women, not even so much as a glance. We picked up a couple pair, looked around to ask for a different size AND nothing. We stood around for 15 minutes and left. Way to go, boot barn.

The customer service is really bad! I have been a number of times. Not once have I been helped by any of the sales associates. Very disappointing since I consider the store reasonably priced. Due to the service I have never purchased anything here. I would rather pay more for better service.
