Heavenly Couture

Cute clothes, terrible service.
I am a little surprised by the location. It’s smack in the middle of a shopping street where Heavenly Couture seems about the least expensive store. The rest were all GAP, J. Crew, Apple etc with lots of ladies with cute puppies and nice restaurants. It didn’t seem like it belonged. Odd.
I had just finished lunch when Heavenly Couture had a $ 5.99 sale sign outside that caught my eye. Then I noticed it said everything was $ 17.99 or less and I excitedly came inside. THEN it said that clearance items were buy 1 get 1 50% off.
I initially started trying on several items. Just to warn you guys, the smalls were really picked through and often missing. I had found a cardigan I really liked on clearance but I couldn’t find a second 50% off item.
I noticed a maxidress I really liked but the only small was on the mannequin. I asked to buy it. The sales person said no.
I am about to ring up the cardigan as my only item when I decided to just grab a $ 5.99 sweater. After all, with the 50% deal, it’s only $ 3 for a basic right? Well, it turns out that the sign was from the day before and the salesperson just hadn’t taken it down yet! I point out that it’s a huge misleading sign up front and she should honor it. She refuses so I just bought the one cardigan.
Will I continue shopping here? Possibly. There’s definitely cute Forever 21-​esque stuff but you get what you pay for. In this case, it was poor service.

Cute boutique, great selection, everything under $ 17 — yay, I’m a fan! Located on Burlingame Ave., street parking only.
This little boutique has some pretty cute clothing. Everything under $ 17 from blouses, tanks, rompers, dresses, maxi dresses, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection that they had, I typically shop at F21, H&M, and the boutique’s within the mall and the stuff they have here is different. As far as the quality, it varies.
Everything is color coordinated, organized, clean, and the selection is just enough. In other words, the store is not overly packed, and you won’t be digging around like you do in F21. The staff is fantastic, always super helpful and friendly. Lastly they have a pretty decent clearance section which is buy 1, get ½ off the second item.
They restock daily, I seriously love this store. They also have two other stores in the Bay, one in Danville and the other in Sausalito. As of June 16′ their online store will be up and running. Happy Shopping! =)

After leaving Copenhagen, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a short stroll to burn off some of the food we had just eaten and came across this little boutique on our way back to the car. We probably would’ve missed it hadn’t my boyfriend spotted a sign advertising prices $ 17.99 or less! There are a lot of cute items in here kind of between the Forever 21 + H&M quality and design and around that price. Some items are obviously cheaper and some a little higher but not by much.
I honestly wanted to walk out with everything but had to refrain myself from doing so. It does get a little crowded seeing that you can barely fit 2 people in the aisle looking at the racks so you’ll have to figure out a way to shift around other people while looking for cute items. In the end, we walked out with 2 simple cardigans. 1 white and 1 black at $ 11.99 each! What a steal! This place is a dream come true with all the cardigans and sweaters available.
In the end, the only con is that it’s so hidden and small. However, to each their own because I love that it’s like a hidden gem! Peace while shopping is hard to find nowadays and if you like that then Heavenly Couture is the place to go!

Nice prices for decent clothing.

Just found this store yesterday and really love the selections. The items are really well curated and they have a large selection of dresses. Everything is $ 16.99 or less and I had to stop myself from buying the entire store. I’m really happy with my purchase and will be back to browse!
They just opened in July so fairly new, really well organized and the staff is super friendly. It’s easy to miss since the store is very narrow but hopefully you’re able to find it!

Cons:
— small space, so if 10 + folks in store, can feel crowded, tight maneuvers
— it’s like Forever 21 clothes… cute, cheap but need to try on… there were sizing and stitching issues
