We pay big bucks to buy a home. I’m not screwing around picking just any real estate agent recommended by my family and friends just because they know that person. I’ve bought a home three times in my life and had my share of agents who were either passable or pretty bad. I know what great is and that’s Jas. She also provided tips along the way which helped me make a smart decision. Once I had decided on my home, I was impressed by her efficiency. There was no time wasted. She courteously led the negotiation with the seller’s agent and got me what I wanted in this crazy market where it’s normal to lose a bid 10 to 15 times before finding a home. We only bid a couple times and sailed through the rest of the transaction. It was fun to watch. I don’t call that lucky. She was pretty damn good!
