I spent 2 years searching for a home prior to working with Richard. Every time I came close to securing a home something would come up (i.e. out bid, house sold, etc.). Richard and I were able to close on the first property we bid on. Not only did he help me evaluate the value of the property, but his professionalism/knowledge were outstanding. Richard was able to secure my bid even though there were at least 2 other offerss higher than mine.
Once our bid was accepted, Richard patiently explained and walked me through the process (this was my first home purchase). He was instrumental in assisting me through the mortgage process as well. Another thing I really appreciated was Richard made sure I was comfortable with the transaction prior to the close. We visited the home multiple times before signing off on the final paperwork.
This guy is a class act who I highly recommend. You will not go wrong working with Richard.

Richard was attentive, and patient throughout the process of purchasing our home. He went «above and beyond» and helped us get our first
home catering to all the requirements that we had. Before we met Richard, we were looking for a house for about 5 months. We were able to finalize a house very quickly and one of the main reasons was that he could spare good time to show us properties.
