Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! They agreed to a 5pm cancellation policy over the phone, yet when I went to cancel with plenty of time before the agreed deadline they flipped out at me and yelled at me, stating my money would not be refunded. After a few long minutes of elevated voices, I got hung up on and immediately charged a massive fee. They are liars who are out to make money at anyones expense. I Will never consider this service for me or anyone I know ever again.

I called the San Francisco Coach because a friend recommend them. I used their service several times and it is excellent. They are very cordial, friendly, they have great drivers and they are always on time. The limo is very clean and the price is reasonable.
