Walgreens

This is definitely not my Walgreens of choice. It’s pretty small and the aisles feel crowded. I just stopped by to get some orange juice, and the refrigerator section was extremely small. If you can, I would go to another Walgreens.

It appeared to be a huge store but when you go in there to look for things, it was unorganized and useless merchandise.
They did not have any souvenir items which was surprising because they’re so close to the airport.

Worst Walgreens. I called to ask for a product I know they carried bc I had just left a different Walgreens bc they were out of said product. Guy was super rude and refused to check if they had any left just kept saying «should have them»

Is there any stars lower than 0? Worst Walgreens ever! People just doesn’t have any choice.

This Walgreens goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. There are other locations closer to me, but everyone here goes out of their way to help the customers. Always friendly and helpful.

Please do not use this pharmacy.
I had the flu and told the pharm tech I could not wait long for my medication, She agreed and told the pharmacist.
Then after 20 more minutes I asked what is taking so long. The pharmacist rolled her eyes at me and said I had to wait. I explained to her I was ill with flu and needed to get home. She was rude, callous, not understanding. Told me to wait again. I asked for manager. Tech ignored me. I asked again. She said pharmacist was manager. I said store manager. She ignored me.
15 more minutes goes by still no medication. No apologies, no you have waited long we will call u at home when it’s ready. Nothing.
I’m a nurse at a hospital and I would never treat anyone this way.
Then they call me over to say it was not covered. I would pay full price,
At this point I was ready to pass out. I had to ask again to speak to manager. I spoke with Sally and she apologized.
That was the store manager.
When I spoke with her i called out the pharmacist rolling her eyes at me she stated she did that because I interrupted her!
Already too long of a story!

Terrible service, rude pharmacists, not helpful staff.
Definitely not about the customer. They could care less.

This is a small «quick» store, if you need a FULL SERVICE Walgreens then better head over to Burlingame Ave location or Millbrae!

This review is because my grandma in her mid 80s gets her 35 mm film developed here. They promise to develop it by the time she finishes shopping. The photo woman walked my grandma out to her car bringing her groceries out. The lady is apparently beyond sweet.
I’ve personally got cards, knick knacks here with no issues. Check out can be a bit slow but that’s how it goes. I hope this employee rubs off on others and improves staff morale.

Check out is really slow… Employees sound like they don’t even want to be there…

The staff always seem swamped. This place shouldn’t be as busy as it is. It is busy because they cannot handle tranasaction efficently.

No, but seriously, every time I come here their pharmacy department is messing something up. Yesterday, they didn’t have prices on any of the perscriptions and then they gave some lady her husbands prescription instead of hers. Plus, I cannot understand the lady who works the pharmacy counter about 70% of the time.
I’ve spent more 20 – 30 browsing while waiting for my prescriptions than I ever have in any Walgreens before.

Not the best and certainly not the worst for its size. The staff is okay, not going to win any awards for going out of their way.
For the size, they do stock a lot. Better than the new Burlingame Ave. store.

Not bad. Walking distance for me.
It’s a small store, so selection and quantity are limited.
Hours also are poor. If they could get this place to be open until midnight 7 days a week, this would jump up to 5 stars.

This is a great Walgreens. I use their pharmacy… great service, nice people.

This is Cal’s Walgreens, so we visit often. They have a whole wall dedicated to hair dye, and I was so tempted to dye my hair bright red because that’s what happens when you see a wall of hair dye. You see all these beautiful faces with beautiful hair, and the box featuring the hot couple with the hot red hair just seems like natural choice.
But, I thought the better of it, and did not purchase that box of red hair dye. Instead, I opted for two bags of Indiana, Popcorn popcorn! Whoo-​hoo!
Parking lot is tiny, and I’m not sure if they enforce the Walgreens customers only policy because there were like 4 people in there, yet 8 cars in the lot. Staff is nice and store seems to be in order.

Quite a small store. I came here one day looking for something to drink as i was a bit thristy. I coudlnt’ find anything to drink except for soda. I couldnt’ believe they carried no milk /​smoothie/​juice of any sort and nothing else was around there. What a disappointment!

This pharmacy has excellent customer service. I had an issue with my dumbass doctor not getting around to faxing the refill ok back to them for a medication I take everyday. I was a bit panicked and they were awesome. They gave me a 5 day emergency supply. Even before this happened no matter who I talk to there they are responsible, polite, and clear. It’s refreshing.

Yeah this place is a bit on the old side and for what I was looking for a bit over priced. Im a fan of the Oral B mechanical tooth brushes and for the replacement units I wanted to upgrade to were almost twice the price of what I found on Amazon. yikes!

My hood is Burlingame (at least for another 12 days).
My nearest «convenience store» is Walgreens.
Convenience? Maybe not so much.
This Walgreens is within walking distance, but so far I haven’t had one happy experience.
I’ve gone in at odd times of the day and night, looking for random items like packing materials, a splint for my wounded finger, non-​toxic nail polish remover, a battery for my power drill and Cheez-it’s.
Now I’ll admit that some of these things I shouldn’t be shopping at Walgreens for… but in a pinch, isn’t Walgreens supposed to be your one-​stop-​shop?
This one has a funky layout and is most of the time completely void of customers. There’s usually one person at the counter checking out and one person at the photo area. They’re always nice enough, but it’s just kinda creepy.
