I shopped here for nursing bras. It seemed like a busy day as the shop (and dressing rooms) were bustling. The first woman who helped be didn’t seem super knowledgeable about nursing bras but a second woman offered to help and was wonderful — she brought me a great selection of sizes and styles. It’s not glamorous or fun shopping for bras when you’re 9 months pregnant but I left feeling great about my purchases! I’ll definitely return.

I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly these folks are. Shopping for bras is not exactly high on my list of favorite things to do, but they always make it a pleasant experience.
I always leave with exactly what I need and don’t feel self-​conscious at all!

I have been here several times in my life, but tonight was EXCEPTIONAL service. I stopped in on a Sunday at 5:30, when everything else was closed. I figured I would quickly scan the clearance rack (which is huge!) and be out by 6. I was helped by Pam, and she asked what I was looking for and she started looking for me. I picked out 3 clearance bras and she picked out maybe 7 – 10 regular priced bras for me to try. It was very close to closing time, but she made sure I tried on every bra, as I apparently lost weight and was a different bra size. Pam was very attentive and continued bringing me bras to try to find the perfect fit and figured out my style very quickly. I wasn’t rushed, she even showed me the new Curvy Kate catalog, as I had asked for a bra that wasn’t available yet. We also talked shape wear and after I was dressed I mentioned nighties and she also had me go back to the dressing room and try on a bra specific nightie (which is so hard to find). It didn’t fit, so she’s ordering some for next time. I have been fitted and purchased bras at the near by competitor, I paid $ 113 for a bra that Bertha Church had for $ 80, for the SAME EXACT ITEM. The shop is small and old school, I was fitted there for my prom in 97 and it hasn’t changed! But what it lacks in space it makes up for in selection (the place is packed to the gills with stuff), it not only carries bras (unusual sizes), shape wear, pantyhose, thigh highs, garter belts, some apparel, body products, I don’t even know what else. She keeps some things in «the back». I have witnessed several bitchy women (sorry!) go in there with attitude, but I have never had a bad experience there. Honest service, quality products at a fair price.

I see all sorts of awful reviews for this store but I have nothing but good to say! I hate shopping for bras. I have nerve damage in my shoulder and have special needs when it comes to bras. I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help. I asked for a fitting and told the sales person what I needed. The sales woman listened to me and helped me find exactly what I needed and had helpful hints. I was in and out in 15 minutes WEARING my new bra! My husband thought I hadn’t found anything because I was in and out so fast! Having a well fitted bra makes all the difference in the world! I paid more than I would normally pay for a bra but the service and the fit made it worth it!

When they finally got around to helping me one of the two women working there was polite, but this was not a very helpful stop for me at all.
The didn’t have the size that fit, and seemed not to really take anything into account other than what you would get at a department store or just reading online.
The only way I would go back to that place is if they had my size, as no one else does either.
At least at other stores they seem like they want to earn your business, and help you when no one else can, especially if its something that would make you a long term local customer!

I stopped here while Christmas shopping for sleepwear for my mom. The woman who I assume is the owner was at the back of store. I thought perhaps she was helping someone in the dressing room — she did not approach or acknowledge me. I could have used some help. After a few minutes of poking around, a gentleman came in, and this same person/​owner immediately approached him and helped him locate a robe. ??? I don’t go in this store that often, so I doubt they’ll miss my business when I don’t go back.

I visited looking for a new bra when my size changed with pregnancy. I was approached by one of the two young girls working immediately, and she was great! The measurements were quick and accurate, and she was knowledgeable about the products. I’ll be back for nursing bras!

I gave them three stars for two reasons, otherwise they would get one. 1) they are the only place in town where I can find my bra size. If there was anywhere else I would never come back here. 2) The owner’s daughter. She is the only employee I ever find helpful there. She listens to my needs and responds accordingly while her mother all but shouts at me in the fitting room and suggests bra styles that I hate. Not a pleasant experience.

Rude, unhelpful service.
I called and went in for help with bra fitting. The clerk put me in a dressing room, had me undress and then went off in mid-​fitting to help someone else leaving me half-​naked in a cold cubicle waiting for her return. So much for trying to shop locally instead of hitting the discount stores.
