I needed to find out what to do about a washer that stopped in mid-​cycle and I got help from the owner. He was open and honest about what needed to be done to at least get the wash out of the machine. The repair to the machine would be costly and he told me it was at the point where other things would break in the machine’s life. Long story short I purchased a new washer. Great service and low delivery cost. Plus he and his sons were wonderful to work with. Bigelow’s prices are very competitive and I highly recommend Bigelow Appliances. They have customer in me sorry Menards.
