What a breath of fresh air! Haven’t been to this store in years it’s looking great for the limited space, staff is super friendly. Melissa and Sandy helped me pick out a few hair accessories for an upcoming wedding. They also introduced me to Murad and made tester cups for me to try. Can’t wait to return!

Boston Beauty is very expensive, however I love going in there. Most of the girls are great and really know the products and explain how to use them. Holly, (the manager), is fantastic and I might ad, she’s beautiful inside and out. I just love her as if she was my daughter. I just found out that Holly was recently transferred to the Lexington store and I’m really disappointed. I have no interest going in there much, unless she comes back. I frequent this place on average about once a week. Everyone got to know her and we all want her back… I hope the owner does something about this and soon!!!

Very satisfied with the service that I received today. This place is the best! The staff is so helpful. When you walk in the store its clean and you are always greeted with a smile. So knowledgable and helpful cant wait to return!

This place has everything that they sell in the hair salons. You don’t need a hair dressing license to buy from here. Super helpful and welcoming. She gave me a lot of samples and explained how to use them. They also had a ton of discontinued products worth 15 $ sold for 2 $. Definitely check this place out!

Very unhappy with the customer service I received today. I drove 40 mins to get here and just as I was walking up to the door, the worker walked out and locked the door. I asked if they were closed and she replied «Yeah, sorry…» I looked at the hours on the door and they close at 6. Looked down at my iPhone, it read 5:58. I understand wanting to get out of work but was pretty disappointed they closed early. Probably wont go back.

I stopped in to buy a round brush to style my hair after trying the Burlington Mall and finding nothing. The staff was very friendly and immediately asked if I needed help, which I did. They helped me find a brush that not only would work, but that I would feel comfortable using. Very happy with the service and my purchase!
