Mmmmmmm, yummy! Simple, easy, and always delicious. Except the one time they ran out of brown rice. But I keep coming back for the bowls with barbacoa and $ 2 extra for the largest heap of guacamole. Everything tastes fresh, and it’s real food, cooked and prepared right in front of you. It’s so easy to eat healthy when there is a Chipotle in the neighborhood.

Location seems to have cleaned up a bit. Came in today and the place was spotless. Staff seemed extra chipper too. Love the food here.

Great food. Enjoy their burritos consistently. The service is warm and quick. Place was really clean. Good vibes all around. A clear culture initiative for the establishment to show dedication to the customers after integrous closure to monitor quality. Grateful these guys are still open. Found them very friendly before and after the closure.

Great food, but I felt like I was pushed through as if I were cattle. Problem was, there was no one else in line. Five people standing there behind counter. The servers spoke so fast I couldn’t understand what they said. Newer place, so maybe they are still learning…

This place has issues with ingredients being not fresh. Today i tried their pork that looked and tasted funny. Other time I’ve had sour cream that was spoiled.

Have you wondered if Taco Bell could re-brand itself under a different name, sell food that is equally as uninspired and memorable all while charging you more for it? Well then wonder no more! It’s essentially already been done. No, not Taco Del Mar, they at least have the decency to not charge you what this place does. Not to mention that at least the counterman at Taco Del Mar speaks English at a level that I can understand him. If this area had a Free Birds location then this place either wouldn’t exist or would be forced to close immediately after Free Birds opened. If you have no idea what Free Birds is and think this shit hole is acceptable then may god have mercy on your severely crippled taste buds. Its loud inside when barely even ¼ full, the food is bland half assed bullshit, the interior is right out of a Mexican McDonalds, the staff act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order, the prices aren’t good for the bad for you are getting and I can think of five other places in the area to go before I would go here. No, I will not be back. Not sure what happened in the little over a decade since I went into one of these places but this place reminded me why I stopped so long ago.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review for the pit stop kind of lunch but I saw something that I don’t see very often and I wish I saw more often when I’m out to eat. You see there was a problem with the vending machine. A sign was on it that said out of order. Now it might have been the soda syrup part but I’m not sure because I had water. But I did notice that there was no ice. So I assumed that was the issue. Still glad they put on a sign and what not. But what impressed me was when I saw an employee coming in the front door lugging 3 large bags of ice at a time. Clearly this store manager has common sense and is not lazy, willing instead to do their best to provide. All too often I go to a place and place an order only to hear they’re out of some ingredient. 99% of the time an ingredient that could be purchased at a grocery store. To the manager, I noticed and thank you for not being a lazy slug, but instead hard working and dedicated.

Before I review a business I do quick research on their mission statement, most of the time it’s online. Chipotle is Mexican Fast Food … my visits are never longer then 15 minutes.. that’s when I eat in. generally I’m in and out in 5 min. They are always busy so food stays fresh . This particular location hasn’t been open very long soo I wanted to give them some time to get settled in. Let me just say the crew at this location is great. they are kind and efficient. . Remember they are a fast food restaurant don’t expect Maggianos type seating or attention… Every time I visit I feel at home … Next time you are in ask for someones name watch their eyes light up: D

I don’t visit Chipotle often, but wanted a quick bite, and my pregnant belly said Chipotle… so I had to listen. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito Bowl. The flavor was fine, I do like their cilantro lime rice, and corn salsa. Everything tasted fresh. It’s just the meat was too tough, almost every bite I spit out(gross I know) and ended up just picking around the meat. I’m sure I’ll go back in the future, I’ll just be sure to choose a different meat next time.

Pretty good as far as Chipotle goes. This Chipotle has great service! I accidentally dropped my burrito on the ground while I was eating and they made me a new one! Another time they ran out of beef and I had to wait for ten minutes and they discounted the guacamole. Pretty sweet!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I couldn’t taste that yummy burrito like I usually get at other Chipotle’s. I went there on a Monday dinner time and it was actually my first time at a Chipotle’s that I didn’t have to wait in line! Another disappointment — chips were all soggy and too salty With all the bad reviews… The management or corporate management should take a second look at this location. What a let down for Chipotle’s name.

You Chipotle amateurs make me laugh. «The menu isn’t very clear with the cost» says one reviewer. You pick a meat and that meat is clearly priced. You choose how you would like it ie, burito, tacos, salad or bowl. The only thing that costs extra is guac. Seems pretty clear to me. I love everything about Chiptole. Its fresh ingredients, amazing taste, awesome barbacoa, and the way it leaves you full and satisfied. go here eat and be full.

So, it is what it is, seems like an appropriate description. It’s Mexican fast food. Burrito, taco and taco salads. A little tricked out because you can decide what you want to put in it. Fair price to a great start for lunch with kids. But nothing spectacular. having hot sauces at the table is cool. American twist on Mexican food is nothing new. I used to love Taco del Mar back in the day. This is definitely not that. I also argue that it’s a bit overpriced for what it is.

I am a regular at Chipotle in Seattle and the SF Bay Area, so I know what the standards are supposed to be. This place is new, but STILL… they can’t get anything right. I have been there 6 times at the request of my family and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I will never go back! 1. The first time I tried this restaurant, I ended up with a LONGBLACKHAIR(Aprox 12″) in the middle of my burrito. I returned it to the counter and nobody seemed all that apologetic or even cared that I just gagged on someone else’s hair. 2) The next 3 times I went to this Chipotle, they were out of either rice, beans or BOTH. I had driven 30 minutes to get dinner for my family, so I wasn’t going to leave empty-handed, but burritos need both rice and beans. Each time it took me approximately 30 minutes to get my togo order. As a burrito shop, how can they NOT have rice and beans? The big guy in the kitchen was moving at a snail’s pace, so I am not sure why they picked him to be their«chef». 3) The 5th time I went, the slow guy in the kitchen was gone, but the ladies at the counter seemed really curt almost rude, so I chose to not leave a tip. I thanked the ladies for helping me and as I turned around to head for my seat I looked back at the two ladies at the register to see that they were rolling their eyes in disgust at me and I am guessing it is because I did not leave a tip.(I had been very polite to both of them, and had thanked them more than once, but women were horribly rude to each customer and acted as if their customers were an inconvenience to them.) 4) Last night was my 6th and LAST time I will ever go to this location. I got a burrito, where they forgot to add the lime and seasoning to the white rice. It was totally bland and devoid of any flavor. The chicken was black with charred edges from being overcooked and the salsa was horribly off. I usually get 1 scoop of salsa and I love it. Tonight they were at the bottom of the salsa bowl, so they could only scrape ½ a scoop for each of our two burritos and it was the saltiest/spiciest salsa you could imagine. I guess the peppers sank to the bottom of the bowl so I got a half scoop of pure pepper and salt. BOTHBURRITOSWERECOMPLETELYINEDDIBLE! Too spicy and too salty.(Too bad we didn’t taste them until we got home and I wasn’t about to drive 30 minutes for another crummy burrito.) This place not only serves bad food, but it is a disgusting mess. Every time I walk over to the drink counter there is food and sticky beverage covering the entire counter. Who is in charge of cleaning it? In Lynwood they have someone constantly wiping down the counter. Here are Burlington, the fork bowls usually have food caked inside them so your forks are resting in a pile of filth. The lemons have no covers and last night there were about 6 forks just laying in the lemons but no prongs. On one of my visits I let the cashier know that they were out of forks, so she went over to the fork counter and with her dirty money covered hands she started grabbing forks and putting them into the dirty bowl.(She didn’t clean the messy counter, but she was touching all of the fork prongs with her unwashed hands after she just handled the money.) GROSSGROSSGROSS. Did I mention, that the last 3 times I was there they had a sign next to the stinky garbage at the back of the store warning people of a wet floor because the garbage was leaking but nobody bothered to clean it up. They just had a sign asking people to go around the filth. My husband(who could care less about messes) even commented, «he that’s funny, every time we come they have liquid leaking out of the garbage but nobody bothers to clean it up.» They have no pride in this store! It just makes me wonder what is happening that you don’t notice. Yes, this place has the Chipotle name, but DON’T get fooled it ISN’T A CHIPOTLE! It does NOT have the Chipotle quality. I hope Chipotle can pull it together for the Bellingham location that is scheduled to open next week and I just hope Bellingham can live up to the Chipotle name.

$ 14.00 for a burrito bowl, chips and a drink? Not sure what they think they are serving here. Service was slow and the restaurant is a mess. The tall guy behind the counter works with no ambition. I can truly say, I will never be back.

ZEROSTAR if there was an option. My husband had already told me he didn’t like it, but I still thought I should give it a try to see what the hype is about. HUGE mistake! It was busy last night, a Friday. There was a line but it was moving along. I wanted to try the carnitas. It’s out. Ok. The girl at the counter asked a guy in the kitchen if there was any carnitas. He just said, ‘no’. There’s no suggestions on how long it should take, or ‘how about trying …’ from either employee. There was just a blank stare. That is some customer service. When it came time to sit down, the tables are so close to each other, there’s no privacy or personal space to speak of. You are elbow to elbow to the customer sitting at the table next to you. The bowl that I ordered was cold in general. When the rice, bean, and meat were supposed to be warm. They were lukewarm at best. Having the cold condiments on top didn’t help at all. My husband didn’t like his burrito either. It felt like a ton of bricks in my stomach for the rest of the night. The entire experience was so horrible that I wouldn’t even eat there again if I was paid to do so.

I fail to see the difference between this and the other place located less than a hundred yards away. That being said, this is certainly more popular than the competing chain.
