Hair by Nicole

I had been surfing Pinterest and decided I wanted to get balayage. I went to another salon where the hairstylist botched the job and left me absolutely devastated. It was so bad I hid my hair. The worst part was that the original salon refused to admit it was wrong. I decided to call Hair by Nicole for a second opinion on my hair. They were very welcoming and looked at my hair same day.
When I got there Erin helped me right away. She agreed that it wasn’t balayage but assured me that it could be fixed. She was kind enough to give several different options on how I could go about fixing it. They ranged from dying it back to my natural hair color to working with the bleach the first stylist used to reach the desired look. After listening to her describe what she would do to fix it I decided to book with her and give balayage one more try. Before I left she voluntarily gave me a cost estimate because the bleach was deep and uneven. I really liked how up front this salon was with the entire process!
When I went back for my appointment I was really nervous. Erin let me know what was going on and what she was doing throughout the entire process. When all was said and done I could not believe it. She was able to reduce the large chunks of bleached hair and blend the harsh lines. She added different browns and blondes to camouflage the first stylists mistakes. I have gotten so many compliments!
