Sharon Smolensky was the agent we listed our home with. She came to our home to meet us and present her credentials, and told us how Keefe had thought she was such a great agent that they bought out her owin real estate business and hired her on with Keefe. She left us an informational packet and took great photos of our home. However, there was no business card in the packet. Should have realized that was a sign of things to come. She didn’t follow through with her people to see what photos were actually put on the website and consequently a key photo was left off until I pointed it out to her. After she had personally showed our home to a prospective buyer, I had to call and email her numerous times before I got feedback from the showing. When we got an offer, I received an email from Sharon the day AFTER the offer had been made, giving me only 24 hours to respond. I wasn’t even afforded the courtesy of a phone call. At closing, Sharon came in and did not acknowledge me or my husband in any way, and went to the opposite end of the table to sit with the buyers. A week after the closing the buyer called Sharon, upset that the home was older than was represented on the Sharon’s spec sheet. After some research, Sharon discovered that SHE had originally left the date the home was built off the spec sheet and SOMEONE(?) later put in a date 14 years newer than what was accurate. All in all, an extremely unprofessional presentation by Sharon Smolensky.
