Let’s be real – based on past experiences, I don’t exactly have high hopes for an excellent customer experience at the mall. Which was why I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome my recent trip to this store was.
Every employee was really passionate and knowledgeable about the New Balance brand. We were helped right away by a manager, Cindy, that was so kind and funny that she made getting sized and trying on a bunch of shoes fun (wait, what? I can actually have FUN getting my feet measured?)
Once I’d picked out shoes, Cindy recommended some color-​matching laces, which looked GREAT. There was another pair of shoes I’d been interested in that happened to be sold out that day, but she took the time to check in other stores and online to see if she could order them for me.
In case you hadn’t noticed yet, I highly recommend this store!

This store has incredible customer service! In a world where stores seem to be more and more about the bottom line, new balance really seems to keep the customer as a central focus. I would particularly like to give a shoutout to Amanda, who was gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend this store.
