I don’t know who gave this place five stars unless it was the owner. I booked an appointment for three persons to come in for deluxe pedicures and manicures with lots of massage and relaxation. I arrived and there are only two persons here. The pedicures bowls have no hot water and they had to keep bringing water in bowls from a back room. The manicures and pedicures lasted about 15 minutes each with no scrub or massage. Another fine question, how do they clean the pedicures bowls with no hot water. The wiring on the massage chairs was lose and had to be wiggled just right for the chairs to even work I travel the country with my job and this is by far the worst salon experience I have ever had! BYFAR!

The staff at this salon are very friendly. I’ve been here twice and each time they take as much time needed to get the job done perfectly. I tried another place last year and the service was nothing compared to Perfect Nails.

I went there after work last night for a pedicure. It is on my way home and I thought I would give it a try. I had called and made the appointment two days before I went. I was taken right away but due to the language barrier the women at the desk thought I was there to make an appointment. The place was ok, very small, they had 4 pedicure chairs. The towels could have been nicer. I asked for a french pedicure and possibly due to my inexperience I didn’t request nor did she suggest what color I might want. I thought she would have noticed how my nails were already done. The massage part was good. I noticed that the other girl working there used hot stones on two of her customers, the girl who did mine did not, not sure why. My nails did not come out very good and I think that she knew it. The white parts were not even. And one of my nails is a little discolored and it shows through the clear coating she used. When I went to pay, she wanted cash. I asked her don’t you take credit cards and she pointed to a sign on the wall which said if you use a credit card it is $ 2.00 more. I was in a hurry to get home, and then had to pull out my checkbook and write out a check. The price was $ 30.00 and after speaking with a coworker she told me that she paid $ 35.00 at another place in Burlington which was much nicer. For $ 5.00 more my next pedicure will be done there. I had them done in Florida on vacation(paid $ 25.00 or $ 30.00) and the experience there was much nicer. It was a nicer place, they were friendlier and they did a much better job on my nails.
