Dr. Stipek is a very knowledgeable podiatrist that took time to explain all my options before surgery. I am giving him 2 stars because his office staff and the systems in place are horrible. From the front desk to billing, everyone is RUDE. No one smiles and no one treats you like you matter to their business. They have a disorganized billing department that billed me incorrectly 2 times. They are also a cash only office. They will not accept a credit card or flex account benefits card to pay a copay. Scheduling your foot surgery is a nightmare as well. They have no regard for your personal needs (work, childcare issues, etc.) trying to schedule a surgery time that worked took weeks. They never call you back, and float mysteriously between 2 locations that share the same phone number. Before my surgery, I left this practice to go to Lexington Podiatry. I had an absolutely wonderful experience there, and had a very successful surgery.
