I ordered shades in December. Installer came on Christmas Eve to check initial measurements. They were wrong.
He corrected the order.
Months went by… no communication from stoneside. When I called I was told that the fabric we selected was out of stock and they were waiting for it to come in. If I was alerted, I would have asked for another fabric… but Carolyn never let me know.
Finally, in march shades were delivered … We have our shades however one did not fit the window. The installer reordered and it is May 15 … No shade!

Carolyn Watts, a designer at Stoneside, was one of the most corporative, caring, respectful, and knowledgable employees I have ever had anywhere! The experience was above all the best. They have wonderful choices, fair prices, and outstanding workers. I would recommend them to anyone who asks or maybe I’d just say it out of the blue. I have had numerous people agree with me too, so I know it wasn’t just for my family. They are the best for anywhere any time, and I will make sure to go there any chance I get. If you ever need blinds or shades, make sure to book an appointment there with Carolyn to get the most for your money!
