Went here for my birthday dinner with friends thinking it would be amazing and it was the complete opposite. The waitress was AWFUL. Kept looking at everything around her while she was taking our orders, I asked for mashed potatoes and she gave me a cheesy bacon baked potato. She then apologized and then told us she’d take it off the bill– which she didn’t. My friend ordered french onion soup which she didn’t like so the waitress again said she’d take it off the bill and didn’t. After we finished paying, she followed us into the bathroom and told my friend that she owed $ 9 and after arguing about NOTHING my friend finally gave it to her even though she didn’t have to. Another waitress in a stall overheard the whole thing and was just as confused as we were. Never. Going. Back. Yeet

I’ve been here twice in the last couple of weeks. Convenient place to grab a bite while at the mall. Both times I sat at the bar… Both times they were busy but not overly crowded for an early Saturday night. The bartenders were attentive and professional. I had the buffalo boneless chicken bites the first visit… they were delicious. Second time around I had the Uno burger the way it comes… It was great… nothing wrong with the food here… tasty, satisfying and won’t break the bank. Recommend it on your next trip to the Burlington mall.

We had a late lunch here today. The restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated right away by a nice hostess. Our waitress took quite awhile to come to our table and when she did she said she would be right back. 10 minutes later she returned to take a drink order we asked for ice water with lemon. When the water arrived 7 minutes later there was no lemon she then took our order, we ordered salads and my date got the personal cheese pizza and I got the onion soup. When The food arrived everything came together soup, salad pizza everything. The pizza my date received was sausage when he had specifically asked for a cheese pizza when the waitress finally came back and he told her she said oh I’m sorry I thought you wanted the sausage, never offered to get him the right pizza, she just made that comment and walked away. Our waitress never returned to check on how we liked our food when she finally came back she brought us the check the bill came to $ 29, she finally asked us how our food was, when we said it was not very good that the pizza was wrong and the soup was only half of the cup and the cheese was Not crusted over the top of the crock but just plopped on the soup. the bread inside had been sitting I n the soup so long it was just mush. Without saying anything else, she said to us at least the service was good, we made no comment. We then put two $ 20 bill’s inside the folder with the check, she came back and grabbed that and we never saw her again she never brought back the $ 1010 in change just assumed that she was getting a $ 10 tip on a $ 29 food bill. We continued to sit for a bit to see if she would bring back the change, which she did not she did. However, she did after about 10 minutes come and ask us if there was anything we needed. We then proceeded to see the hostess and spoke with the manager that was covering the shift and he stated that she was one of their better waitresses, we feel differently. We are explained the situation to him and he did compensate us by giving us 5 five dollar food coupons to come back for dinner or lunch. We however will never return to this restaurant as the food was bad and the service was even worse.

Very nice waitress, dirty restraraunt. Ordered a margarita when first got there found flies in it then after our meal was done which was mediocre I realized I never got my salad I ordered. Best part is I got absolutely no discount at all. As we were walking out I saw the manager talking to a customer about something she found in her food to, don’t even want to know what it was.

I went to UNO’s in Burlington mall last year for my friend’s birthday and it was so much better than I remembered it being! We got either the Guac-alicious burger or the cheddar bacon burger with mozzarella sticks and it was all super tasty! The food came out quickly, it was a decent price, and our waitor was very friendly! will come back soon!

Mmmmmmm Deep Dish cheeseburger was delicious!!! It had Burgers cheese pickles mustard and ketchup in my meal!!!(Not the healthiest but most def one of my favs) our waitress Alexis is amazing! She rocked her 5 tables she had at once and was outgoing friendly and always had a smile on her face. Which in my opinion would be tough considering that they had signs everywhere out front that they were short handed and needed help! next time ask for Alexis when your in the Burlington mall UNO pizzeria!!!;)

We had a great experience tonight. Danielle was super friendly, the food was really delicious(Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla with Guac!), the music was good, the owner came by and had a quick chat, and the checkout process with the tablet on the table is awesome. Thumbs up!

A pleasant surprise — was expecting much — enjoyed the 2 for 12 special — had a very hearty and crisp wedge salad and an eggplant flat bread that was cooked perfectly — ended up with leftovers for lunch there was a lot of food. Also had a skinny margarita that was very good.

Stopped in for drinks and dinner with family/friends and decided to sit in the bar/lounge area. It wasn’t too busy food was good but it’s my last time here. I found the male server to be quite rude to me and my cousin. I had inquired about changing up an alcoholic drink and was told the female bartender can… but she WON’T??? Who says that to a customer??? When pressed as to why we were told he doesn’t like making certain drinks so he won’t and neither will she. A customer next to me said that’s his attitude you get used to it… ummmmm no I don’t think so! I have never been told something like that with such attitude at a restaurant or anywhere actually. There is a female server who is very friendly and accommodating but nothing could get me to go back after that horrific customer service!!!

This is just another chain restaurant with pretty decent food, an attentive staff and always ends up being our backup place to go to. It’s open till very late in the night and that’s a big pro. We like the farmers market deep dish pizza on a 9-grain crust. It makes me feel like I’m making a healthier pizza choice. We’ve had other food here too — not bad at all. All entrees can be shared, the portions are quite big.

I’ve always been a fan. I’ve liked other locations but when I called this one in the afternoon and said 4. could I get a reservation for a table. she said. «we don’t take reservation but if you come in at 7(that was the time I wanted) that wouldn’t be a problem with getting seated right away». We arrived and then 20 minutes later we sat! Not a big deal. The waitress, Jen, was terrific but left the chicken alfredo pasta dish … from being served. So when we reminded her she apologized and took another 5 minutes to get it. She explained it was a mix up in the kitchen, me think it was her mix up. All in all ok. didn’t like getting charge 99 cents for using the machine sitting on the table especially when we used it because of her screwing up our order. So in short, I’ll go elsewhere and if charged to use a device at the table will short the waitress 99 cents from her tip. I might just steal a ketchup or cheese jar from the table instead.

Fresh, great food for cheap! I had the top sirloin, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. I’d been feeling extra girly so I decided to give the wild berry lemonade a try. They use Stoli Rasberi and Stoli Blueberi in it. Awesome, delicious mix. Good stop if you’re at the Burlington mall and want good food for a decent price!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered the Rattlesnake pasta, cesar salad, and a beef chili bowl. The Rattlesnake pasta was watery tasting and the chicken was VERY salty. The salad was old and browned one look at it and I couldn’t even eat it. The chili bowl was not even chili it was watery like regular soup and it tasted like salsa and came with tortilla chips, so it was pretty much salsa, not the thick beef chili one would expect. I will never order from here again. They were pretty pricey for the quality of food they produced. I am not impressed.

Eh, if you want SALT, come here! And if you want a baked potato that is NOT a baked potato, but one covered in sloppy salty fake cheese and fake bacon, come here! Can I just get a potato? A real one? Guess I can go to Market Basket and buy a bag and take it home and bake it!!! Yes, that would be better AND cheaper! And if you want to SMELL the restrooms, get seated in the back, otherwise, go to the front and sit in their tight tables… Music? You call it music? We are trying to eat people, not go to a concert! LOUD is loud and this is ridiculous. Why spend the money when you can go somewhere else and actually have a conversation, eat a real potato and not smell a toilet!!! Manager, make some improvements or you will lose more patrons. Thank you.

Went here for lunch with my boyfriend on Sunday. Service was fine. Cocktails were just OK. I had the sangria and it was way too bubbly. The bartender was nice. The food however, was atrocious. We started with mozzarella sticks which tasted off. I had the grilled citris chicken salad and it was basically old iceberg lettuce, essentially mayo as the dressing and the chicken was FAKE rubbery stuff that was cut into cubes. I had about 5 bites. My boyfriend got a deep dish and even that was pretty bad. I definitely won’t be back.

Boston has so many great places for pizza, I feel like I should immerse myself in holy water for having committed the blasphemy of eating here. But I didn’t choose where to meet for lunch today, and I decided it would be a good opportunity to see if changes they made to their menu have made Uno generally better. My impression… meh… maybe meh.5. And I think that is reflected when you consider that on a Friday, at lunchtime, during the holiday season in a busy mall, they were probably never more than 2⁄3 full. I did, in general like the changes to the menu, in particular the new lunch combinations and the new pizza options. But I wanted pizza, so I tried an individual-size Farmer’s Market deep-dish with a 9-grain crust($ 11.29). Plusses: — The décor — The new menu, as per above, and a lot of soup options(I didn’t have soup though) — Good service(the waiter made a really good effort to accommodate a special request) Minuses: — For not being exceedingly busy, lunch took a bit longer than it should have to arrive considering our order was not complicated — The men’s room, while not dirty, needed a bit more maintenance than it was getting — Ultimately, the pizza. I think the size of the individual deep-dish has decreased, and when you compare it to something like a Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza, you’re not getting that much more pizza for quite a bit more(except for a lot more crust, which is relatively inexpensive). The veggies were indeed fresh. But as I left, the aftertaste I was experiencing wasn’t the veggies — it was the taste of the oil and the dough. That’s not what I want to remember about a pizza.
