When I called to handle the construction loan closing, Annette handily answered all my questions about title insurance, gave me and the bank quick communications, and handled the actual closing efficiently. She was way ahead of my bank, and stepped over their few mistakes.

From our first contact with Annette, to the completion of the closing, Annette and other professional staff within the Phillip’s office did exactly what they said they would do in a punctual and efficient manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Mr. Phillips and his professional team without reservation based on the service we received.

I’d give it zero stars if I could! This outfit is just plain unprofessional. Annette Nunes is who you deal with on a daily basis. I got letters from her with no official letterhead, leaving me to wonder who the hell it was from. After closing on my house, I couldn’t get her to send me the closing statement papers and every time I asked her, her responses to me were just plain rude. Out of the blue, she sends me an email and tells me to call Minnie and tell her I received funds, with no mention of who Minnie is, no contact phone number, etc. WhoTF is Minnie? Just found out that Annette, after 6 weeks forgets to transfer the deed of the property out of my name and into the new owners and now needs a sign affidavit from me verifying I received the funds and to send her the deed. Until she receives my deed the county refuses to transfer it. Really? Good grief. What an idiot.
