i wish there were a category for less than zero stars. When I called i believe I woke the woman /​order taker/​recoptionist up from a nap. She had no clue for additional charges nor stops and a price gauge/​hike for Prom time. On Prom night the fact my daughter has to carry a purse less than 8 inches into the passenger area or it gets confiscated to the trunk is absurd. Hostile and combative call taker. Rude to the point I posted this review.
