My carpets must be ten years old. I thought they were hopeless. I’ve tried all sorts of cleaning services and nothing has worked. This did. Pedro was my guy and he was thorough, explained everything, and I could walk on the carpets [in sox] almost immediately. Completely dry within a couple of hours.

Incompetent employees and tried to overcharge me after the price had been confirmed. Carpet still damp 24 hours later, after they told me it would only take 1 – 2 hrs to dry.
