I had to order 75 sandwiches on short notice for some hungry firefighters for a local union meeting. Lisa promptly returned my call and gave me some great options. We went with the #7, #9, and #13 «Mike’s Way» which were all DELICIOUS! They delivered to us right on time with smiles and all the extras including a giant tray of delicious cookies! Could not have had better experience with a local restaurant for taste, price, and customer service! These guys can be a tough group when it comes to food and there was nothing but compliments and the price was right! Thank you for helping us out and providing an outstanding meal for 75 hungry workers! I would go out of my way to eat here again, best subs I have had on the West Coast!

Very disappointed with my visit to this location !! I ordered a regular Tuna #10 on the menu and ordered it Mikes way on whole wheat ! I could not believe how skimpy they were with the tuna ! It was mostly lettuce !! And remaining ingredients ! But the topper was the lemons were basically rotten !! I was not a happy camper when I told the cashier about the lemons I wanted for my ice tea ! she just said thanks and I went outside to eat my sandwich and came back in to top off my tea and I thought okay fresh lemons !! Well I was shocked because either the cashier or another employee put the rotten lemons back out on the counter !! I said to myself who does that !!! Very disgusting !! I will never go back to another Jersey Mikes !! Place is a dump !!! B V

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m in shock as I walk out of the Jersey Mikes at lunch. I ordered a number 11 with turkey Instead of ham(which btw, I have pretty much every other day at other JM stores and have for years when it was the«secret» item). The meat cutter proceeded to tell me she would be charging me for a #8 because turkey was more expensive than ham. A #8 has 4 kinds of meat. She also proceeded to tell the woman behind me that the American cheese she ordered will be more expensive as American is more expensive than provolone. What!!! This is the craziest thing I have ever heard. It’s expensive enough not be up charged. Furthermore, none of the other stores do it and when I mentioned it to her, she told me that they are, but they just aren’t telling me. What? Rude and I will not go back to this location.

Stephani is amazing. She is very good with customers. Came back after being frustrated by not having the breads I wanted.

It’s hit or miss depending on who is working. One older female has been working here for years, she avoids making sandwiches and should! Some other younger males don’t remember your ingredients after telling them what to add, not paying attention or floating in Lala land. Other than that, I have a good experience 80% of the time. Fresh food and somewhat sanitary.

Hearty subs, but maybe there was a lot of hype from my sister… I didn’t really feel it was ALL that. It’s a sandwich, but I will list the pros anyway: compared to Subways, yes, they are very generous with their meat. I got a turkey sub, and they really layered on the fresh slices of turkey, as they were using the machine right in front of us! You get your toppings, like lettuce or onions and pickles. It was a good hearty sub for sure, fresh bread, soft… but I didn’t leave feeling super full or satisfied.

I go here often for lunch. I usually order online so i don’t have to bother waiting in line. It gets really busy between 12−1pm. They are always super friendly and check me out quickly.

Ugh. So many cons… First of all they are extremely slow. Second, I hate how the employees push for a tip when you pay for a card and tell you«please answer this question before you proceed». No, I just started at you for 20 minutes while you moved at the speed of a sloth and now you want me to tip you?!! Finally I just ordered a wrap and asked for a little extra dressing because last time they gave me hardly any… when I picked it up it was dripping through the bag and was inedible. I’ll post the photo so you can see for yourself. I’d rather spend an extra dollar and get an organic sandwich from Erewhon a few doors down. Shame.

Great subs. A drastic improvement over Subway. Delicious meats cut up right in front of you. My only complaint is I find the prices to be a bit much for what you’re getting. But it’s so good, you can’t help but come back.

I’ve been here several times and there’s two things that really piss me off at this jersey mikes! Number one is they don’t give you a lot of meat! Wth?! I pay 12 dollars for a sand which and they short me on the meat ?? Wtf. Also the second thing is they ask«tip or no tip» this is fast food! No tip! I will be calling corporate now. Thank you very much jersey mikes for giving me a sandwhich full of lettuce and no meat!

This is a really good sandwich chain, and this location is great! There’s not a lot around this part of Agoura so it’s nice to have a fast, good, sandwich place nearby. I’ve had several of the sandwiches on the menu«Mike’s Way» of course. The service is fast and friendly, and the quality is great. It’s a winner!

WHEREARETHEMEATSANDCHEESE? This place would get 4 stars out of five if they just added 3 – 4 ounces of meat to their regular subs, and maybe quit slicing their cheese so thin a woman could use them as a veil. The roll and mayonnaise are delicious. Mike’s way is also a nice touch, but every time I eat here I feel like I am eating a bread, lettuce and tomato sandwich that our parents fed us in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. It is no longer a fad hello! I also had their philly steak and cheese once and it was so overlooked that the veggies were mush. What happened to all the folks who knew how to cook a proper philly steak and cheese here in So Cal? This kid who cooked it looked no older than 17 so there you have it. Oh yeah the tipping suggestion is a joke. This is not France! Hello! Pay your kids a bit more instead of trying to gouge your customers. This is a fast food joint!

What a nice change from the subway, Mexican food and fast food that passes for nutrition. We ate at mike’s when it first opened and several times since and yum do they make good sandwich or what? We both had the turkey w provolone and mustard, sun chips and soda. First the bread was perfect texture wise for an old school submarine sandwich — it actually looked like a ww2 submarine(lol). Next the lettuce was chopped the Italian way w long thin strings. Next the tomatoes were sweet and juicy but not running and not soggy. Finally the provolone was the perfect smell and taste to bring back memories of eating Italian subs as a kid! Sometimes the simplest stuff is the best!

I came here with my boyfriend to grab a quick lunch. The customer service was good but the sandwiches were nothing special. I don’t get the hype around this place. The price for the product was not worth it to me. I can get a better sandwich at a deli or restaurant for the same price. We both ordered the a Philly sub they were decent but not something I would come back for.

Well I’ll start this off with the most asked question. Is it better than Subway?. Of course it is what place isn’t?. With that said moving onto my review. Turkey sub: Turkey is fresh I ordered it with only provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato, extra mayo, light mustard, oil, vinegar, light salt & pepper. Sub was very tasty and fresh. Everything including the turkey was great. The turkey does taste seasoned and it’s not over the top. Just right to my liking. The bread is fresh and is quite a unique taste to it actually. Food: Average Décor: Average Cleanliness: Clean and very presentable. Staff: Very helpful and knowledgeable(but owner franchise owner was present). Overall I’d recommend this place if you just want a quick bite to eat, fresh and healthier style of fast food. Sandwich is much better than subway and is the same style restaurant and sub sandwiches. Reasons for getting 3 stars. They do not offer any other cheese but provolone, staff was under training and slightly confused. They put WAY to much lettuce on my sandwich and I had to ask them to remove the salad they just made on my sandwich. Seating is crowded and to close together. I asked for avocado on a sandwich once and got charged double for it. I had that fixed but still improper service.

It’s a chain sandwich shop… If your looking for an amazing sandwich head to the italia bakery or dans super subs, but for being quick and near my gym it does the trick. The food is fresh, they slice the meat when you order it. They had a good selection of sandwiches and they make all sandwiches into salads. My fav sandwich is their Cheesesteak. It’s a little pricey(35.00 for 3 sandwiches).
