I haven’t even gone to this place yet and i’m already so disappointed! What happened to customer service these days? I believe there is only 1 lady. She answers the phone and I ask her how much her facials are, and she asks me why? uhhh huh? what do you mean why? I’m a consumer you are selling a product/​service as well as 500 other people in your area and i want to know what you offer and how much? «well im curious to know why you are asking” — Did she really say that… «they are $ 100 «. «okay what do you offer for $ 100» «it is 2 hours»… «Okay do you have any facials that aren’t 2 hours?.. what else do you offer?» «I have others «…Then she hangs up on me. How sweet. Thanks sweetheart… you just earned yourself a 1… be glad they don’t have zero! No need to be rude or not want to tell people your price over the phone… its called business. I called you because of your «GREAT» reviews! So much for that.

I had a groupon for a facial, so I came to Mila at Jumelle Skin Care. She is FANTASTIC! I have actually gone back twice and paid for full-​price facials because I was so pleased with my experience there — and they way my skin looked afterward! Her boutique salon is very warm and intimate, she uses the best-​smelling products and gives a fabulous facial for a fabulous price! Do not hesitate to come here — Mila will take excellent care of your skin and you will feel fabulous and pampered when you leave. I’ll be going back for my next facial with Mila in 6 weeks and I can’t wait!

I LOVE Jumelle Skin Care! I have been going to Mila for about 7 years now. I started seeing Mila when I was a teenager with problem skin. Before her I had tried EVERYTHING to help my acne, including harsh medication. Since going to Jumelle my skin has much improved!
I highly recommend giving Mila, if you are looking for a facialist in the SFV, TO, Calabasas, or Agoura area. Mila and her sister has clients from all over, even as far as the city and Ventura!
I absolutely love them! They are totally professional through and through. Their treatments are lovely, and so relaxing. They also do full waxing. I get my eye brows done by Mila, and she does a beautiful job! She even tints them as well! You will feel truly pampered!
