The best gel manicure I have ever had. Jennifer does a great job — she is always helping me pick out cute colors for my nails and the gels lasts 2 – 3 weeks!

I went to this place because I was in the area, and the reviews weren’t horrible. I wish I could say the same for my experience. Initially, I walked in and was greeted warmly by who I can assume was the person in charge. I asked for a pedicure and she told me to pick a color. Pretty simple. I then was told to walk to the back to start my pedicure.
The woman I walked towards was extremely dry in greeting. Her face screamed screw my job and my life. She was rough in handling my feet, when it came to handling my cuticles. When it came to massaging my legs and feet she did a lazy job! Like when you ask a toddler to give Mommy a massage. She frowned each time I made eye contact and only spoke to her coworker.
In between she would place my wet feet on that bare leather foot rest, after soaking the towel with my feet. It was annoying. They used that warm oil treatment at the heel of your feet.
When the entire process was over, I followed her to the area to dry my toes. She proceed to rub my back. Again, sloppy and lazy. She just smacked her hands over my back a little and once finished asked for payment. Needless to say she was not getting a tip from me.
I do not have the type of feet that needs a razor; just good exfoliation. Maybe an hour later my heels were dry. Most likely because she barely rubbed my feet.
I will never return to this establishment.

Went today after reading the great reviews and I was defiantly impressed. I thought the pedicure was good, nothing special. Good massage but the polish was a little sloppy, just a poor clean up around the nail, nothing awful but I did notice it. I also got a gel manicure and what I thought was interesting was they took the actual gel polish and used that on my toes because I asked to match. Never saw that before but it dried quick and it matches so I’m happy. Now back to the gel manicure, it was one of the best I ever had! You could tell the women really wanted to do a good job and was meticulous about the job she did. I hope mine last the 2.5 weeks like the other reviews said cause the gel lasting is a problem I’ve been having but overall great experience and happy!

Best gel manicure Ive had. In the past, my gel manicure has literally started to peel off after 4 — 5 days. I found this nail salon, and tried it, based on the reviews. The gel manicure is now in week 2.5 and going strong! The place is bright, friendly and clean. I live 25 minutes from Kim’s, but will continue to go, as they provide excellent service and a great product.

First time here. The place was very clean. Lots of color choices. I ran in right before they closed and the girls did an amazing job on my manicure and color change on my toes. I didn’t feel rushed at all. My nails look beautiful, I will definitely be back.

The owner here is a very polite and friendly woman and I felt like she genuinely appreciated my business.
With that being said, I would have given this place 5 stars but the technician that was doing my pedicure looked miserable the entire time — before, during, and after my pedicure. Not sure what was wrong with her but regardless, I didn’t know what she was going through so I tried to ignore it.
Although my technician looked like she did not want to be there, she did give a really nice pedicure. For a basic pedicure you get your legs and feet massaged (massage given with technician’s hands /​hot stone), fresh lemon is taken and squeezed onto your legs, and paraffin wax is applied to your heels before your nails get painted.
The pedicure came out really nice and I hope that it will last long.
You can pay with a credit card but a tip cannot be left on the card — cash only for tips!

I love this place. Each time I go here I am not rushed, they do a complete and thorough job and the staff are very, very friendly. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else. Very clean space and pleasurable experience.

Great time! Everyone was very nice. they took their time to do a great job, an hour as expected for gel manicure with removal of old polish. very nice atmosphere and affordable prices! Cant wait to return in 3 weeks!

I love Kim’s. There are SO many choices on Bloomfield Ave in that area, but I really like it here. Everyone who works there is so attentive and sweet and they work really hard to do a great job. I never leave disappointed and you really cannot beat the quality of the services for the price. Love it!

They do the best pedicure and color gel. I got color gel about two and half weeks ago and it is still perfectly fine. They keep everything really clean. They use disposable file and buff per customer and I saw a sterilizer that I use in the hospital to sanitize tools. Spa pedicure was really good. They used hot stone and paraffin wax for my heel. I love Kim’s nails!!! they are the best!

I went to Kim’s for the first time today and got a French manicure. I’ve had French done other places where they just do it the way they think looks good. At each step she made she everything looked the way I liked from the shape of my nail to the thickness of the white. Overall a great experience and reasonable prices!

They do the best pedicure. They take thier time and carefully do your feet. They put paffrin wax on your heel to help them be soft. You will walk out there feeling like a new person. Happy feet = Happy Person
