They have a gluten free menu. Gluten free buns!!! I never knew they offered this for their customers with wheat allergies. The waitress also informed us that the kitchen is set up for other food allergies or sensitivities. It would be great if more restaurants offered more choices for customers with food allergies and sensitivities.

We stopped there passing through and couldn’t have been treated better. Food was delicious. Servers were awesome. Even the manager came by and talked to us and made our dining a great experience. Will definitely stop again!

Visited this location for lunch on a Sunday. Service was good and the food was better than expected. I had the grilled salmon with broccoli and the salad bar. The salad bar was fresh. My friend had the bacon burger, and he said it was yummy. :) So, a good experience overall.

We were seated very quickly, amazing for 6PM at Saturday. Our waitress, Flarety, was nice and helpful. She even remembered to note that we wanted the kids pasta on 2 plates. I ordered the crab cakes, which were very salty. I asked our waitress if she’d switch it out for something else, and there was no issue. Then, the manager, Mario came over. He was so apologetic and accommodating. He even pushed to bring me another side, even though I had eaten most of mine. Then, to top it off, he insisted he bring a piece of their new chocolate mousse cake. He is a real asset and turned my disappointment into one of awe, for feeing so accommodated. I am big into customer service, and he handled it the same way I did(when I was a mgr, back in the day.) would definitely return!

Came for dinner on a Tuesday evening. Sat close to 15 minutes without seeing a server once. Manager gave us a free appetizer, which was the best thing we would eat for the rest of the evening(the wings are pretty good!). We ordered steaks cooked medium, which came out what seemed well done. Salad bar plates were dirty. Our server would disappear for 10 minutes at a time while we were still needing simple things to make our dinner complete, like ketchup and some Mac-n-cheese that we never got. Once the Mac-n-cheese came out, there was a hair in it. If you’re in or around Calhoun, avoid this establishment. We were looking for a treat since the Ruby Tuesday’s in our area closed down years ago. But we were severely disappointed.

My wife and I frequent this Ruby almost weekly. We always sit at the bar which is comfortable and the service quick. Several weeks ago I got the Sirloin w/Peppercorn and Parmesian — Asiago cheese topping. It was terrific. But felt it would have been better with a Rib Eye Steak… So today I asked the bartender if I could have it with the Rib Eye? No problem at all… It came with asperagus and the incredible salad bar… It was way beyond a home run… I love it when a restaurant bends over backwards to make your visit memorable. Such was our visit today… My wife always has just the salad bar… she loves the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Another great visit.

We have become regulars here every time we are in Calhoun. There are times when we just crave the fresh and delicious salad bar that keeps us coming back. This time the event was a play at the Calhoun Little Theatre, and our party of 10 left there and showed up here without a reservation and they set up a table for us and had us seated in 10 minutes! Service was quick and flawless. Salad bar as always was yummy and perfect. They were having a rib event, and I had coupons, so I shared them with others and I ordered the bacon ribs, but probably won’t order those again. Nice idea and the dry rub had bacon in it but it was not as flavorful as I would have liked, even with the two extra slices of bacon laying atop them. I had double cheese grits for my side and was a little disappointed that the cheese was not stirred into the grits and they were not hot enough and I could not seem to add enough salt. My wife and I both had the salad bar and loved it, and all of our friends seemed satisfied as well. We will be back but I will order a different entrée next time. Overall great service and salad bar.

Wow! Very impressed with the friendliness of the hostess, our waitress and everyone we came in contact with this visit. My steak was cooked just like I ordered it and everything was out quickly. We will certainly visit again.

Felt sorry for the bartender. She worked her butt off! But really – New Years eve and they are understaffed and out of LOTSOFSIDES! Not well-prepared for the biggest food night of the year!

I had to laugh at Kristin’s review because I feel the same way and I live in Calhoun! I don’t eat there anymore. The food is not up to standard and the lobster is dry and overcooked. Now I see they’re back to Louisiana seasonings. Not everyone can eat that seasoning. Leave it to Popeye’s and those who like fried foods. The salad bar isn’t that good, check plates for leftover stuck on food on the bottoms. Pretty dismal place that picked up for about a year a few years ago. Now it’s akin to a fancy McDonald’s.

Why do I still bother trying to eat food at Ruby Tuesday? I have no idea! My husband and I were out for our second«date» night while visiting family in Calhoun. We decided to stop here since our other options were Mexican or even worse chain restaurants.(Well, maybe not as bad as Ruby Tuesday after our experience!) We started with the rolls which were hard as rocks and pretty disgusting. Why I ate them, I’m really not sure. The salad bar was decent, although I think the edamame was sour. Now to the worst part of the visit… our meal. I ordered the shrimp and grits. Big mistake! I know I should never order seafood away from the shore, but it sounded good so I decided to try it. It was awful. The grits were hard. Not uncooked hard but sat around on a plate for two days hard. The shrimp was undercooked. There were literally three pieces of sausage in the meal.(I know because I had to pick them out to give them to my husband. They couldn’t leave them out because they were already in the«Charleston» sauce aka bag of goop.) Let’s just say that my stomach rebelled about 3:00 a.m. from this meal and wasn’t settled until late afternoon the next day. Oh and our waitress accidentally charged our card with someone else’s meal that was more than ours. So the manager comes over and tells us that we probably wouldn’t even see the charge because they had cancelled. it. It’s still showing as pending on our account two days later. Over-priced, over-rated food is to be expected at any Ruby Tuesday as this has been our experience at each different location we have tried for the past ten years. I hope this will be the last.

Had the steak cooked medium rare with no seasoning — excellent choice! Though there was plenty of parking — we decided to walk from the Holiday Inn — trust me it wasn’t even a long enough walk to work off the calories! The place seemed clean enough — but the waitress dumped a whole tray of food right behind us — almost got it on us! That could happen anywhere I suppose — she was quick to apologize and clean it up though. Our meals were all good — tasty and fairly warm. Mine — as I stated above was good — nice cook on my steak too — many places mess up a medium rare by over cooking it. This place had that down to perfection. However, my meal was escorted around for awhile and the mashed potatoes — though tasty — were a bit cooled off by the time I got them — steak was too, but I don’t seem to mind that as much! The salad buffet came with my meal and it was your typical buffet — so I must say — why do they have to put MY salad dressing choice WAY toward the back of the covered buffet making it almost impossible to get it onto my plate without making a mess? Value was there as well — though it’s a company business trip and they pay — it was certainly within our company policy for price — that says it’s VERY reasonable! A solid three stars as this place was A– OK — I’d go back!

It’s a chain I know but, it’s in Calhoun and its open later than other places so I don’t want to see it ever go away. Not to mention a friendly staff! Good food… great beer list.
