Mike’’s Gopher and Bee Control

Patrick is who we normally work with. He is so great with our tenants in regards to scheduling and showing up for appointments. Mike’s Gopher and Bee control are very reasonably priced and have found their service of great use over the past year. We’ll continue using them as our first choice!

Living in Woodcrest, we definitely get our shares of gophers. Thanks to Mike, we’ve been gopher free for about 3 years since his first treatment. Now, our lawns don’t have those gnarly holes and/​or mounds. Guarantees his work as well! Awesome job along with great rates = a happy customer.

My wife and I are very happy we discovered Mike’s Gopher Control a year ago. At that time we had a problem with gophers building mounds on our property even though we only have rocks for landscaping and no plants! With rocks it’s a real pain to «fix» it when disturbed by a gopher. We had Patrick come out to our house and when he was done treating it we had no more gopher problem until the last few days, just shy of a year since he was originally here. Their pro-​rated warranty is good for a year and Patrick honored it just a few days shy of a year so we received $ 50 off the full price. During the first 30 days after treatment it’s a full warranty with no charge at all. Now I have a new warranty which will again last a year, at a pro-​rated rate after the first 30 days. Patrick is a very nice person and is good at explaining everything. The fact that a year ago we had a big gopher problem and then no more gophers for just under a year after he treated our property speaks highly of his service, in addition to the superior warranty. We were not nearly as happy with a company we used before this company. I would highly recommend Patrick and this company. I am also happy they accept my AMEX credit card.

In answer to V.H. we first advised him of our 30 guarantee BEFORE the application. His property is a VERY large property in Idyllwild which is surrounded by open fields. After the initial service, we treated his home as requested two additional times at no additional cost within the 30 day time period. As most people would agree, you can only kill what gophers are there at the time of treatment. Within that 30 days, all the gophers were gone! Unfortunately V.H. felt that all the gophers from the surrounding fields should stay away for a longer period of time. When asked two months after the initial service to have another treatment, we offered a reduced rate of $ 75 (for his LARGE PROPERTY) but he felt that we should guarantee no gophers to come back within 6 MONTHS of the initial service in a area with open fields and no gopher control around him! In addition, I Patrick did purchase this business from Mike and take great pride in continuing to provide great service at a reasonable price to all. Unfortunately we cannot please everyone!

Patrick, has come out twice. Once last Spring and today. Always within one day of request. Excellent service both times and problem is taken care of for an extremely reasonable price! They are so nice and explain all procedures and results in detail. I will recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends!
