Buffalo Wild Wings

Hey… it’s wings. The service isn’t all that great any time you go to this type of place. Good place for sports. The local manager has worked with me on out of market football. Go Bengals. Hard to find around here.

The food I ordered came out old and stale. I order a some form of a chicken taco with fries. The fries were cold and hard, the chicken tasted rancid. I sent my food back for some mozerella sticks which are really good. The waitress was a little rude. I asked about BWW flavored mild sauce as far as spice goes. She said rudely «mild is mild.» She also informed me that the food is prepared in the morning so if I want it fresh then it’s best to come earlier in the day. Also they had a German beer leinenkugel on the menu which they do not serve. My advice: You should only order what they are known for #CHICKENWINGS

We arrived at around 7:30 last night, we were seated and a waitress took out drink order… I tried to order wings. I knew it was Tuesday and the sign said the special ended at 8pm… No one came back to after 8pm and we were told we could no longer order the wings at .70…At that point I told my party of 7 we could just leave… We ended up at Hooters and service was fast!

Terrible! The waitress I loved. The food I didnt. Ordered a salad and it had way too much dressing. Like eating all sodium. Gross

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been in anywhere. I placed an order for pickup. Prior to bagging the order they let you visually verify the order. I could see that my order was not complete and pointed it out not once but three times? Really? I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but not a fan of this location. This was actually the straw that broke the camels back, because I had given them the benefit of the doubt prior to this encounter. In the past I have gotten sick from my food orders from this location.

Took over 20 minutes for someone to bring water. Don’t bother coming to this Bww. Go to the one off Ridge Road in Lansing. They have great service. Never seems to disappoint unlike calumet city.
SN. The table was dirty as well.

Service is just bad, waitresses don’t even acknowledge you, you gotta sit and just wait

Came here with a big group of friends tonight. Great and fast service from tiffany. We had a table of about 20 people and she was able to get all our orders and drinks out to us in an efficient time. When the bill came she made no fuss about splitting the checks. Good night at Bdubs!

The food was ok. But we had to listen to rap music (new age) the entire time. There was a very rowdy crowd. And the place smells like old cheese or funky feet. Probably won’t be back to this location. I have been to many BWW but this by far is the worse. Not clean at all.

Horrible Customer Service
I called first, I was told that they close at 1am.
The kitchen closes at 12:30am
I got there at 11:45p workers were very rude.
My waiter kept stressing the fact that she was ready to go home.
My food was ready in 5mins but it was cold.
Then they started vacuuming while we were eating.
Waist of time and a waist of money!

Straight ghetto restaurant, loud and dirty. They care so little I guarantee the manager won’t respond to this Unilocal

Definitely a change for the better (from other reviews). My daughter and I visited and had a great time, the service was fast and our waitress Jasmine was very knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and, made great suggestions when my 12 yr old daughter was indecisive. The restaurant was very clean and food & drinks were great with minimal waiting. It’s Definitely and great environment for family and/​or game day with the guys. I definitely plan on returning in the very near future. Let’s go bears!

Worst customer service ever!!!
Hang up on customers and just shitty as fuck all over.
Like I can’t believe how bad they are.
Management is irritating and very inept.

Girl workers tweaking in the counter instead of working or asking is everyone okay, or even if my order was taken.
Just bad and I’ll never go here again and actually recommend to my followers, Facebook friends, family and everyone I know to NOT go here but to the one on Ridge Rd. in Lansing.

This place sucks. Their wings are horrible. The wings are to expensive for them not even to taste average. I would of been better going to Sharks in the hood. Way way way better quality and it would of been cheaper then $ 70 dollars. Plus. I like flour on my wings. They clearly don’t put that on theirs. And they need a hostess. Not only did we walk in looking like chickens with our heads cut off. When the hostess FINALLY came over she looked at us like we suppose to initiate the conversation. After telling her how many, she just walked off. Not a hold on, or let me get u a table. Oh and please avoid the $ 3.99 limenade, and fruit flavored lemonade. Lol I thought with that price it was homemade. HA! It’s Tropicana lemonade out the fountain with some juice pack they mix in ur cup. What a joke. Buffalo wild wings is a JOKE. I will never go back. My wings are in my fridge because they SUCKED. BWW U GUYS SUCK.

I’m a fan of BWW’s, but ths NOT like the other BWW’s. The food tastes worse (either too salty or the wrong seasonings are being used) and they NEVER get a take out order correct. NEVER. My co-​workers have stopped ordering from this location and laugh when I want to «give them another chance.» When they first opened, no real problems. But they have gone down hill since. Sorry, won’t be back. Learned my lesson

from the time we walked in to get a table to the time we got our food was exactly 92 minutes. (wait for the table was only 20 minutes) & even after getting our food, miraculously, the service was horrific. throughout the entire meal our table was only approached once once the food was delivered to see if we needed anything. My one & only suggestion is to avoid this BWW at all costs. drive an extra 10 mins to the BWW on Ridge road, or even better eat at HOOTERS! better wings & 10x better service.

Terrible service I placed an online order that took 40 mins after I stood in a line at the counter for 20 mins. I keep in mind that it is ok to go to for lunch but any other service besides bar service is TERRIBLE.

Called to see if they were open because the lot looked dead. I couldn’t understand a word they said after «calumet park.»
The service was pretty good, the boneless wings looked very nicely sized and the extra sauce was to my liking.
It was slow around 12:30 so I suppose that could have affected my service. Otherwise idk why this location has such bad reviews.

I don’t know what happened to customer service because it has been lost at this restaurant!
Some friends and I were watching a game on one of there many TV’s and just as the player was going for a touchdown another customer who wanted to watch another game asked them to change the channel and yep you guessed it they changed right as I was about to scream Touch Down… How do you do that?, Really? other people are in the restaurant, just because I’m a lady doesn’t mean I have no interest in the game!
Our waitress was slow and to the point we had to get help from a waiter that was on duty and at the end of the day I gave him the tip because he got our water, he gave us more fries, he was more attentive to us and what we wanted then the waitress that was assigned to us… I mean that is just sad!
If I didn’t love I mean love their chicken wings I wouldn’t step back into the doors of this establishment! I don’t go as often as I use to as it is and I definitely don’t dine in on a Tuesday because it seems like people load up the van and bring everyone from their family to get the .49 cent wings!
I don’t know if its the staff I don’t know if its the management but I do know they need to fix their customer service or people will find some place else to get their wings!
