One word: Slow. I’m sitting in the pharmacy drive thru now and I’ve been here for twenty minutes and I’m still waiting. This is simply unacceptable. The last time I went in the store to the pharmacy and waited 25 minutes. It’s a no win situation with them. The only time I got served in a timely fashion was when I came at 3 am to pick up a script.
